I never heard back and called back. The second time, she told me the sales person had just gone on break but she would call me back upon return. 3+ hours later, and no call back. I understand it's a busy time of year, so decided to check in. The same lady answers the phone and asks me to hold. She thinks she puts me on hold but did not. I hear her entire conversation. They chat about none sense (jogging pants?) for about 3 minutes. Finally she tells the sales person I am calling again. The sales lady says "what does she want? Did you tell her I can't help her. We are trying to watch Judge Judy and have a rat problem to deal with?". She finally gets on the phone and is not even pretending to be friendly. What kind of business is this? A simple "we can't help you" in my initial call would have sufficed and saved me so much time. So glad I did not do business with them. Extremely unprofessional. I would suggest that the owner look into training her/his staff in customer service and phone etiquette.

Misspelled a doctor's name on award and then charged me $26.00 to make a new award after I had prepaid over $ 300.00 . Failed to notify me that superseded award was ready. Mitzi lacks professional skills in listening to customers, caring for customer's orders and appears very self centered and uninterested in the business.
