I gave her an idea of what I wanted, she designed it, and was patient with me, even when I changed my mind. She was very professional, answered all my questions, usually WITHIN MINUTES. At the same time, I had also contacted 7 other businesses. While they all eventually got back to me, Kellie always responded within a few minutes, or if past business hours, by the next AM.
