The lady…read moreinitially lied and said she showed me the thread, but when she played the camera back, she hadn't showed me anything. She then agreed to reimburse me if I purchased 2 new hats since they didn'thave any in the store. When I sent her the receipt, she initially refused to reimburse me because the hats were more expensive than what I had initially paid. She ultimately agreed to reimburse me via text, and she also agreed to do the embroidery for free on the new hats; however, when I went in to place the new order, she told me she would not give me my money back for the 2 hats she messed up because it would have to come out of her pocket. Fortunately, our communication was via text msg and when she called security, they sided with me. The lady who does the embroidery is a liar, and I wouldn't recommend anyone to do business with this company.

When my order of shirts came in about HALF of them were crooked and misprinted. I reached out to get this fixed and was offered a replacement for the shirts. For the wasted time and inconvenience I asked for a discount for which was given at 15% off the order. I accepted because the shirts that were made correctly were high quality and well done. I was told the shirts would then be ready in about two weeks. I come to pick them up and they are NOT ready. I am slightly annoyed but said "Okay, mistakes happen." The manager gave me his word that they'd be ready next time so I gave them another week to fulfill the order. When I return to pick up the replacement shirts a week later, I'm told they are STILL NOT READY and was never told ahead of time that it would be delayed YET AGAIN. This is completely unacceptable and by far the worst experience I had with a printing company. I finally got my shirts weeks after the initial purchase and I will NEVER be returning.

Went in Monday, 9/13/15 and spoke with owner about what we wanted...had to initially wait about 20…read moreminutes because he was on the phone with a customer and that was fine, BUT while we were talking to him, a returning customer came in and he stopped to help them ! Really !? When he finally got back to us, we were promised art work would be emailed to us within 48hrs (by Wednesday 9/15). Went back in Friday, 9/17 because we hadn't received it and found out that information hadn't even been given to the artist. Owner half ass apologized and gave information to artist while we were there. He told us that it would be emailed to us over the weekend (9/18 or 9/19) so that car magnets and business cards could be ordered by Monday morning (9/20). On Monday 9/20/15, we called and spoke to the woman who works there and told her we were cancelling the business cards and that we were going elsewhere for the rest of what we needed. Just wanted the artwork done and the car magnets. Didn't receive art work until late afternoon on 9/22/15. We went in right after we received the email and the owner didn't even TRY to apologize! The artist is awesome, he understood what we wanted and was very nice. But the owner ... I really don't see how he has been in business for as long as he has. He's not very nice and doesn't do what he promises he's going to do. Will NOT be going back and do NOT recommend Apollo Signs!
