Fast-forward to this morning, my tent has peeled on a few windows and it has made it really difficult for me to see out of while driving luckily enough I remembered my receipt to show proof of warranty so I called the location closest to my job. Spoke with a gentleman over the phone yesterday and he was very helpful able to fit me into their schedule for this morning. I ended up coming late but that wasn't a problem for them. I arrived at 9:50 and was out by 10:25. Professionally done work. No hassle with using my lifetime warranty. Solid experience to say the least. I called around 6-7 different tint shops to compare pricing, and most quoted me anywhere from $300 to $700 for the side and rear windows. 3M Executive off Hillcroft stood out because they invited me to stop by so they could explain the different tint options in person. I'm glad I did. They took the time to walk me through the various types of tint and even had demonstration displays that let me see and feel the heat rejection differences between each product. Their professionalism and willingness to educate me made a big difference. In the end, I paid $700 to have all of my side windows, rear window, and windshield tinted. I honestly don't remember if I chose the nano ceramic option, but after seeing the demonstrations and comparing the available products, I felt confident going with their premium 3M tint, which also includes a lifetime warranty. The service was outstanding. They were able to start working on my vehicle as soon as I arrived, and the entire installation took only about an hour and 15 minutes. While I waited, they offered complimentary drinks and snacks, and the waiting area had a TV with access to multiple streaming platforms, making the time pass quickly. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend 3M Executive to anyone looking for professional, high-quality window tinting backed by excellent customer service.

I decided to give them a shot after such an incredible experience getting my windows tinted at their other shop. I am car illiterate and they're super patient with me. They've caught and thoroughly explained improper past fixes and what kinds of issues I have. They are proactive in communication, are friendly, and the ability to get an uber ride to and from the shop on their dime is incredible. They've also given me a loaner to use when they've had my car for extended periods. My last shop (European Service Center ) felt like I was picking up a part time job just to get any communication and my car would sometimes be there days on end without getting worked on. I feel like E1 is super respectful of my time, cares about my business, is very professional, and keeps me informed without me asking- it's so refreshing and appreciated. They are not the cheapest but also not wildly expensive either; their pricing is on par with my last shop and things are actually done right. I recognize that things don't always go perfectly and care a lot about how a company reacts to makes things right. I had a slight issue with my struts repair after about 9 months after the fix and they stood behind their work no problem and fixed it promptly (they have a 3 year warranty on work done). Just a great business.
