I had an amazing experience with E1 Auto Spa in Houston. They detailed my 2026 Mercedes-Benz G550 (Manufacturer/Magno Black) and the results were flawless. Matte finishes can be tricky, but they handled it perfectly and the truck came out looking even better than when I picked it up from the dealership. When we bought a new Lexus RX, we knew we wanted a clear bra to keep it looking showroom-clean. I like cars, but do not consider myself a "car guy" in the least, so I reached out to a coworker who seems like he has a new Vette every year. He told me Mario at Zenith is the only person he lets touch his cars. When I called, I dealt directly with owner/installer Mario. He told me I couldn't go wrong with Xpel, but he also applies Clear Guard Nano, which has a hydrophobic quality. Mario gave us the price up front and we found it beat the Xpel-branded installer for better coverage (Mario's quote included mirrors, full hood, fenders, bumper and light lenses; the other place only quoted for mirrors and hood). We added a ceramic coating for the rest of the car and *still* was under the other guy's quote. He had immediate availability and I dropped it off the following business day. Mario even gave me a ride home. We picked it up a few days later and it looked great. After a week, we dropped back by so he could inspect it and show us how to properly wash it. He noticed a couple of spots that bubbled a bit (hardly noticeable) and scheduled us to drop in to have the mirrors redone. You can tell the guys at Zenith are perfectionists and the number of high-end luxury cars in his shop at any given time are testament to the quality. We couldn't be happier and will definitely bring our future cars to them. read more

I had just bought a car from a woman who apparently changes out her car every year. (If you saw this lady... she looks like someone who would change out her car every year) Anywho, it smelled like cigarettes so much. I don't think even smokers likes the way cigarettes smell. I came by thinking I would need to make an appointment but they saw me right away. The car was going to take about two hours so I ubered home. (I don't complain about time because I know if you want quality, you need time) On the way back, I ubered again but the driver took me to their location in Yale not N. Shepherd. He gently kicked me out because he had another pick up. Awesome. So I decided to walk, only about .75 miles.... BUT i had to cross Yale and Shepherd at 4:40pm on a Friday. When I let them know about my set back Heather said she will come pick me up. My faith in humanity was restored. Anddddd no more cigarette odor. My car looks soooo good. Mario does good work, but his staff's quality is mediocre at best, so your final product is usually not the best quality esp. for clear bra. Note that he usually takes 2 to 3 times longer than his estimates to complete a job. He usually comes up with random excuses for not delivering on time. He must have a rolodex of excuses LOL. I went in and met with Mario about some work on my Jeep Wrangler. We ended up getting the ceramic coating and a nice detailing. I'll tell you what, the jeep didn't even shine the way it did when I picked it up new at the dealership. This shop took their time and the attention to detail they put in does not go unnoticed.
