The unit they installed earlier in the year, had begun to act up, after a brief demonstration, they decided to reset the unit and try to do a software update. I took my older Jeep Wrangler TJ to Eddie just yesterday (Jan 5, 2023) just to get a quote on an updated radio that would have blue tooth options and maybe some new speakers. After speaking with Eddie for a few minutes, he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Eddie advised me he could install marine rated speakers and radio (Kenwood all around) that same day and for a truly competitive price. I have been more than satisfied with what Eddie and his crew installed in less than an hour. Eddie's follow up has been very thorough. He walked me through the radio's options and set up, also he called me after I drove away from his shop to thank me and to check if the blue tooth was working to make sure phone calls worked. Best install I could have asked for given what we use our Jeep TJ for. Plus my daughter was so excited to be able to connect her phone and play her own music. He's a very blunt/passionate guy that give you the straight forward truth. I've also read some reviews that feel like they're expensive, my response to that is, "you get what you pay for." I had work done at another shop (cheaper than CSP price quote), long story made short, they corrected the problem, so I ended up wasting money trying to get a cheaper price. Very very satisfied!! I had bought a stereo at best buy and had a schedule a point and a confirmation but when I showed up to the "geek" squad said sorry your not in the system smh! I emailed with Eddie here on Yelp and he responded quickly, he was able to find the parts needed to finish the job with in minutes literally. Mr. Imad quoted me back in 12/18, for an quote install of a Pioneer AVIC-5201NEX into a 2013 Scion TC. Also requested was a backup camera to come on in reverse. I didn't get the work done until much later, specifically today, 8/7/2019. He honored the quote from back then, but also had to add on an additional price, because the degree of difficulty in install the backup camera, to make it look OEM, per my request, along with me missing a few parts needed. The cost was still within my range, and I was pleased. Mr. Imad was a very accommodating gentlemen, and verified, and called even a specialist when there was an issue with the install with the subwoofer wasn't getting power. He stated that I may have to purchase an aftermarket, if it didn't work, but took the time to call and verify, and behold, it was not necessary, saving me both time and money, and headaches for the both of us. Marco did a fine job on my install, and took the time to go through the process of my new unit. I am please with the overall experience, and being that I was the only customer for day, I really had a good conversation about life, our upraising, culture, and family with Mr. Imad. I trust the work and craftsmanship that Mr. Imad and Marco supplied at his place of business and would take upon myself to bring my future car and product installation here, even if it is a drive. After speaking with them on the phone, I was able to stop by on a Monday morning and have my stereo installed swiftly. Eddie, who was very professional and cordial, mentioned that they also do keyless remote installs and repairs. Since I had intended to get around to taking my truck in for problems with the locks, I had them take care of it on the spot. Buyer beware. My husband spent $700 plus for a basic Kenwood car stereo and backup camera to be installed several years ago. The camera just broke so we bought a replacement of the same camera and my husband went to install it today. At one time he was a commercial electrician so he knows his way around wiring. But instead of being able to swap the new camera of the same make that we purchased, he found out that a cheaper, inferior camera was installed. Wow! What a scam. We got the paperwork and packaging of a Kenwood but they installed some cheap, inferior piece of _ _ _ _. If we still lived in Houston, I'd be in their shop first thing in the morning screaming. Luckily, we have moved out of state. Do not trust these low life people. Try to be sure that they are really installing the equipment that you are paying for. read more

All I had was one blown door speaker. Nothing too involved. But all I wanted was a replacement speaker of the same quality. I did not need a new sound system. Eddie was helpful, not pushy. He made it a point to let me know exactly what he was doing. He asked me what I wanted instead of trying to up sell me. Then he performed only what I required. It was done quickly and at what I would consider a fair price. There's a little couch and tv for you while you wait. This is one of the best stores I've ever been to. I called at 6:10 to ask if I could come over to see if they could put a radio and speakers in my 1996 jeep Cherokee. He said "yeah come on down." I arrived at roughly 6:25 (they close at 7) and he did a quick little inspection and he said they would be able to get me hooked up with something, I asked for prices and his prices were very competitive. I said I guess I'll come back tomorrow and get this done since there was only about 20 minutes until they close, he said they'll gladly do it right now. Who can resist the right price and right now. I got the work done obviously and was probably out of there at 7:20. These gentlemen gladly stayed late to help me. Kudos to them would give 11/10 stars. read more

I wish I could give this guy one less star . I came in for an amp converter to connect to my factory radio. After we talked, I agreed to have him LOOK at my truck and he kinda tricked me into pulling into his garage where he proceeded to do all the work. This was fine I suppose as I'm sure there were a few things that would've take me a longer time. What really pissed me off! He tried to sell me on some new speakers. I told him idk how long I would have the truck for and I'd let him know. He tried to trick me into thinking my factory speakers were complete crap by tuning my Highs all the way down, so all I heard was bass. Also he tried to sell me $30 speakers for $100. Purchased my car stereo here about 6 months ago. Specified that I wanted blue tooth and XM capabilities, but was open to options as far as the brand and model. We found one I like and I was quoted a price. They installed and I came back and was asked to pay a totally different price. What was worse- XM didn't work. When I returned to ask about this I was told I needed to buy a special XM tuner. At this point I knew I had been taken advantage of. I googled the JVC they sold me and found that they charged me double retail value (plus installation). I swore I would never come back. Unfortunately today I came back because my Bluetooth isn't connecting. Instead of looking at the problem right away I'm sitting here waiting to see if maybe they can help me.
