You can get a standard tint, which is their cheapest option. The next level up is their HP DELUXE option, which provides 37% heat reduction. First, I had bubbles everywhere within arrival. Back quarter window had possible half inch gap which i had them replace on the spot. Second, they left pieces of cut tint on my back deck, floor, and over my seats. I'm a person who keeps a clean and neat car, and it came back looking like I had kids doing origami in it. My door panels were soaked, left with a horrible smell of an APC or some kind of degreaser or other chemical. Third, my electrical is now no longer working, which I'm assuming is because of how SOAKED my doors were. PRIMARILY my drivers door, which is what holds the MAIN electronics for my locks, which is what has been acting up. My car's lock button no longer actually locks. Which means i no longer have the ability to unlock my car remotely. When I went back to the shop they claimed it could be the electronics getting wet, but that it surely isn't that because, " We do not spray too much on there to cause a problem. " I give it a week for my electric to start " working " again until I have to contact someone actually " IN CHARGE. I went here on 3/1/24 to get my windows tinted. The whole process was smooth and work came out nice. The next morning my wife had noticed her perfume was missing. Me not knowing that the perfume was even in my car I immediately checked throughout my car and home before returning to confront the business. Upon my return to the business, I explained to the person at the front desk about the missing items from my vehicle. The gentleman explained to me that his employees have never stolen anything and have been with them for a long time and know nothing about luxury brands. The perfume being Louis Vuitton, which cost about $200 roughly for the bottle. In this day of age, everyone knows what either Gucci, Louis Vuitton, etc. so his comment honestly made no sense to me. My paint protection film was peeling on day one. They attempted to fix it. It still is barely hanging on and has dirt underneath. Now, they don't have anyone that can replace it. The tint quality is terrible. I need to have the back window replaced for the second time, due to bubbling. All of the side windows are having similar issues. The drivers window has a crease, that catches, every time the window goes up and down. If you want it done inexpensively, that's the only reason to go here. Made an appointment by phone and it took about 45 minutes for the vehicle to be finished servicing. New tint looks fine and it was rather speedy. On the estimate ahead, I was quoted $70 to remove and replace the tint, however at the store, they specificied it was $70 for only the new tint and that removal was extra. Upon arriving, the service advisor said it would be an extra $50 for tint removal. Which was okay. Upon receiving the car , I noticed that they did not clean up their mess. When I realized that there was a deep long scratch on my windshield tint (8 days later) they made it difficult for me to get it fix and never heard back from them.
