They have their own parking lot and inside the lobby and office were spacious. I met with a man who gave me the quote for a ceramic tint and it was competitive including a lifetime warranty. I wanted two shades with the front doors the legal limit and then the back doors and rear window darker. For that they added $25 to the bid. The next day I set an appointment and was told it would take about 90 minutes for the install. Upon arrival, I was waited on quickly by a lady and she took my car on time. They put 2 installers on the job and finished in 45 minutes. During that time I waited in their large waiting room that had a TV and coffee. Afterwards I paid and left. It was a professional experience and I am happy with their work. I recommend Executive Tint.

I'm glad I did. They took the time to walk me through the various types of tint and even had demonstration displays that let me see and feel the heat rejection differences between each product. Their professionalism and willingness to educate me made a big difference. In the end, I paid $700 to have all of my side windows, rear window, and windshield tinted. I honestly don't remember if I chose the nano ceramic option, but after seeing the demonstrations and comparing the available products, I felt confident going with their premium 3M tint, which also includes a lifetime warranty. The service was outstanding. They were able to start working on my vehicle as soon as I arrived, and the entire installation took only about an hour and 15 minutes. While I waited, they offered complimentary drinks and snacks, and the waiting area had a TV with access to multiple streaming platforms, making the time pass quickly. I have a ford f-150 2010 truck and was in the market for a 2 din radio / DVD, Alarm and Tint. I searched for business that had a good reputation for work and pricing. I found a few good ones in my area called them all and accept for Car audio Zone all others just wanted me to come in and they would cut me a deal , Car Audio Zone was different though, they answered all my questions & the only thing the sales person was concerned about was that I don't get lost if I chose to come to them as their sign was Damaged and down for repair. I visited some of the places I had called and also visited Car Audio Zone just as over the phone I found that I was being given more attention and the right information over here than any other place the prices were better too, I went home and started to do some independent research on the web to be able to some what have an idea which setup would be better for me turns out that Car Audio Zone seemed to be the one that actually gave me the best options. After a week I wen there and got a Pioneer Double Din CD/DVD/BLUETOOTH PLAYER & a Viper 5704 Alarm Installed along wit some sensors and Solar Gaurd Tint. Now a week later I am posting this review tint looks good Cabin is cool Alarm and Radio work like a Champ, I am happy to have put time in my research and find a great company as a result of the time spent. Great service! Shawn quickly responded to my e mail request. At the store, Shawn listened to my needs and delivered Just what I needed. No pressure sales, just good advice. I wanted a new head unit with Apple Carplay for my 2017 Subaru Forester. The installation went smoothly. The installation was done the next day after consulting with Shawn in the store. The installation was done in the estimated time frame. The installation is a little complicated, especially with a factory installed Harman-Kardon stereo system. An Internet search will get you threads that advise you to work with car audio companies that have experience with Subaru vehicles. I didn't want to lose any of the important functions, like the steering wheel controls and Starlink. They were able to fit the new head unit next to the Starlink telematics module. Switching head units requires several components. All the components that Shawn recommended were quality components. The finished job looked great and worked well. The total cost was what I expected, based on Internet threads about similar projects. I am impressed with the quality of the new head unit and the quality of the workmanship. I highly recommend Car Audio Zone. I plan on using Car Audio Zone for the same installation on my daughter's 2018 Subaru Forester. I am also interested in Car Audio Zone's sound dampening SoundSkins installation. read more

I was very fortunate to find Car Audio Zone on the web and visited them after having a horrible install done on my 2007 Sequoia by another company. (Buyer beware check out the installer before you have any work done and if they cannot let you see what they are doing then you better look somewhere else) Shaun told me exactly what he could do for me and quoted me a fair price. The next day I brought my vehicle back and his tech went in and redid all the wiring which was a birds nest and complete mess. A really poor job and I have the pictures to prove it. While waiting talked to Shaun as I have another vehicle and as a former business owner Shaun's philosophy is spot on for customer service. Plus he has a nice area to relax in with internet service as well. I also was allowed to see what they were doing and every customer that came in was happy and pleased with his work. I definitely recommend this shop and I was able to see the work and talk with the installer firsthand. Very happy when I left and I will be back. Please note I was not solicited in any way to write this review. I just want to make those of you aware that there are good companies and some really bad ones. I have had nothing but fantastic experiences with Car Audio Zone. Sean (Shawn?), the owner, is a great guy who is always willing to help you no matter what. He will give the best prices to you, whether you know him or not (although you should get to know him, he's a great guy and is always willing to go above and beyond for the people who give him business). I have called many different shops for many of my car audio needs, and he has always given me the lowest price for parts and installations. Installers typically do a good job, a couple of hiccups here and there (installed systems in 4 different cars at the time of writing this review), but if there is a hiccup or mistake it is always fixed ASAP and free of charge. They have a huge variety of parts and equipment, and he will not oversell you anything. He will honestly recommend what he thinks is best for you, and if you are already set on what you want he will not push you. Great place, great team, and I will stick with these guys as long as I am living in Houston. Highly recommend! read more

This is my very first review, and I can say proudly and boldly to Car Audio Zone how grateful I am for their great service today! Pedro was very professional and answered any questions I had with great knowledge and patience considering I don't know much about car audio except the basics. I brought in a 10 year old car that had the factory system ( Alpine ) that had no bass and monotone sound that was utterly horrible. Pedro was upfront and didn't try to get me to pay for something I did not want. Pedro listened to what I wanted, checked out the old system in car, and offered great advice at a price ( subwoofer / amplifier) that could not be beat. WOW!!! The DVD player in my daughter's 2015 Infiniti QX80 wasn't working - suspected my grandson deposited some coins. Contacted Infiniti Sugar Land and Katy - to be honest, they didn't seem overly interested nor optimistic. Contacted Car Audio Zone and Shawn sounded knowledgeable, professional and felt confident they could fix it. Long story short, I made an appointment, had it there by 10am and by end of day was fixed. I had my truck's windows tinted here on a Saturday the price was realistic and reasonable tint quality and finish was very good and clean. The staff was very nice and friendly the truck was in and out in a timely manner I also had a speaker that seemed to be blown instead of selling me a new speaker they told me that my speaker just needed to be screwed in as the screws holding it had become loose they took the door panel off and fixed it for me at a very reasonable cost professional and honest people I recomend them to anyone that needs tint music and security for their vehicle. read more

I've had a few problems with them but Juan is a subwoofer MASTERMIND and he was able to diagnose the problem and fix it in less than 10 minutes. What a great experience. The price was right and the installation was superb. I came out of there with a sound system that pecked my expectations. This is the second time I had a sound system put in with Car Audio, the first system went into a 2015 Ford F-150 which is now my sons vehicle and my new 2017 Ford F-150 is blowing out incredible highs and low, clean and crisp. I struggled to get my SiriusXM Satellite Radio on my 2011Toyota Sienna van repaired so that it would not "cut out" while playing music as we rode down a tree lined street. (My 2012 Camry had no such problem). After spending $600 with a dealer and not getting the problem fixed, I went to Car Auto Zone and got it fixed in 30 minutes with a aftermarket antenna at less than a third of the cost!!!!! A true audiophiles dream, with a high resolution service like Tidal with the LDAC codec, I am now listening at/near studio level quality. I've been going here for over a year to handle all of my interlock business. Finally, I've been able to get my breathalyzer removed and Martin was quick, I mean lightning quick, on the removal process. I thought it would take hours, but it took him 15 minutes, maybe even less! The people here are super genuine and nice. If you're looking to do business with them then you won't regret it.
