He also offered to assist with any printing needs personally. I do appreciate the efforts and the fact that he took the time to reach out to me. Sometimes you just don't have the right staff and it doesn't speak for the company as a whole. Unfortunately, at this time, I think it is best we take our business elsewhere. However, maybe in the future we will take him up on the offer. Do not go to this place if you are expecting any sort of good customer service! I took over 15 items to be printed on and when I came to pick up they were done incorrectly. I sat there and re-explained to the guy that it was supposed to be done exactly as the current sweatshirt I was wearing was as I pointed the same thing out when I dropped them off. He argued that he showed me the proof, however, he didn't as I would of never approved it that way. When I asked for the manager expecting any sort of understanding, I WAS WRONG! He instantly came in defending his employee saying I was wrong and too bad. That is terrible customer service. I told him it was extremely disappointing and wouldn't be recommending anyone and he said "who cares!" He even said I he couldn't offer ANY sort of refund as the service was done whether it was done correctly or not! Save your $$$ and go elsewhere!

I called Thursday to inquire about proof and status of the printing and I was told my envelopes were ready. Again never received the proof. I go to pick up my clients envelopes which were supposed to be 1 color black but when I get to the store I am handed envelopes with burgundy ink. No I did not order burgundy the email clearly said black ink. When I asked about the color both John and his father tried to convince me how nice the burgundy color looked. Yes they were nice but that is not what my client wanted. I get it everybody makes mistakes but my greater issue was the customer service. They treated this as a take it or leave it issue, and took very arrogant position. When I insisted that the envelopes be printed in black I was then told I would have to wait another week. I persisted and then I was told they would have them done by Monday. I began to explain that the church needed them for Sunday. Then I was told I could get them Friday. Still no real apology and the level of arrogance in the customer service was disrespectful and insulting. After all of this I was told my envelopes would be ready after 5:30P Friday. Yep, I show up Friday at 5:40P and the envelopes had not been printed. That is an absolute lack of respect and in my opinion a lack of integrity. I expected a Christian Bookstore to conduct business with more integrity and in a more respectful manner. I don't usually use retail printers but tried to find someone local with a quick turn for my clients last minute needs. This is NOT the place, they only care about the money, not customer needs or customer satisfaction . Beware . . . you could be next!
