Horrible experience. After speaking to a particular employee over the phone was quoted 35 dollars for installing car vinyl. After speaking with her co-worker she changes the price three different times from $35 to $450 dollars. I would not recommend coming to this place, it was a complete waste of time. read more

This company does not honor their quotes. I brought my vehicle in to get a quote they quoted me the price. I said I will come back at a later time to get the work done because I needed to do some maintenance work and save some money. When I return to get the work done they said the quote was wrong and I said to them this is the quote that you gave me on your company letterhead and your business card and you should honor the price you quoted. They went on to say that the employee who did the quote does not work there anymore and that's one of the reasons the person was fired. I said that should not be the customers problem when your employee went to my vehicle did the measurements and gave me a quote on your company letterhead!!! Do not take your car to this company they will price change and not honor the quote you are given. Once again this company is not giving out all the correct information. The employee who was working went out to my vehicle did measurements, wrote the quote and gave it back to me on their company letterhead with his business card stapled to it. read more

I had my car wrapped for my business about 6 months ago, and the team here at Xtickers was great at doing the artwork, designing the wrap, and applying it. The process was very easy with them. When it came time to wrap the car, which takes place at their warehouse location, they drove me to work, and picked me up when the car was finished. I wanted to wait before I left a review, that way I could see the extended customer service when it came to touch ups. So just recently I noticed that some areas of the wrap were staring to peel, so I contacted them to fix it, since they guarantee the wrap for 2 years. The same day I emailed them, they called me and told me that their crew would be at my workplace the next day to do the touch ups. Needless to say, I was thrilled, and greatly satisfied when they came out and took care of it so promptly. Great customer service throughout.
