I contacted Rush T-Shirt Printing for a church event banner, as they advertised banner services on their website. After sending my design, I received a quick quote and the banner was ready in less than 2 days, which was impressive. However, I'm giving a 1-star rating due to poor customer service and quality issues. When I picked up the banner, it had white streaks that appeared to be paint. The staff initially blamed my design (which it couldn't be because the paint was surface level and could be felt) but eventually they agreed to reprint it. When I returned, the new banner had green paint smudges and the staff let me know it wouldn't be useable so after waiting further, instead of offering to reprint they asked me to use the original flawed banner instead. I refused and received a cash refund. My event is in a day, which has put me in a tough spot, but I'd rather take my business elsewhere where quality isn't an issue. read more

I am school teacher and reached out to Raza about getting our fifth grader shirts. Sad to say, my experience wasn't pleasant! To begin with. He added 22 shirts onto the invoice, and without looking closely I paid it. Not only did he add shirts, he added 22 adult XL shirts that I couldn't even use! In addition to him adding to the invoice the quality of the print was horrible! Blue ink was everywhere on almost all of the shirts. I won't bother attaching the email.
