Save yourself, go elsewhere. * UPDATE: Business owner has responded, implying that my standard of experience is the equivalent of wanting to avoid a $40 balance* for the shirt (that I agreed to and paid upfront). That assumption could not be further from the truth. Nor is the implication that I only publish negative reviews. I provide reviews to businesses that leave an impact; whether that be positive or negative. Unfortunately, my encounter with you was negative. My email communication with you was very descriptive and direct (and included photos to avoid miscommunication). In my initial email, I provided a photo example, explicit details, a link to more photos of the shirt from a previous vendor, and instructions; Followed by "let me know if any of this is unclear". My indication of "orange" may have been vague or incorrect according to your color swatch inventory, however, that is the exact reason why I provided two photographs so you were able to SEE what I interpreted as "orange". And to be clear: This was a minor issue. Yes, I was initially disappointed with incorrect color, but my experience with YOU is why I wrote the review. You, as a business owner could've salvaged my experience within the first minute and we could've revisited the issue as adults to find the more appropriate color. I would've gladly paid for a revision for the inconvenience. THE ISSUE (which is the point that you are clearly missing) is the how you immediately began to blame me, speak to me loudly and disrespectfully, and got flustered and said "you don't want the shirt -- fine, don't take the shirt!" as you threw the shirt in the chair. All while I remained calm. So unnecessary, rude, and a testament to how you do business. A service fee we never charge a service fee not to you not to anybody, you must be confusing us with another company. I came across this company when trying to find someone to make polo shirts for my store. I was in need of 12 polos with our logo and name on it.
