So she agreed to redo the patches and correct the issues. She sent over a sample, I approved the sample and when I got there to pick them up the patches looked cleaner but the colors were still off. She stared she used the college she always used for that specific company. I politely said ma'am thosearen't the colors I ask for. What they normally order has nothing to do with my order. She refused to make the situation right and told me to leave because she wasn't going to do anything.
