We "specifically" use T-shirt for all of our embroidery. I must say their 3D embroidery is absolutely the best. As a matter of fact, T-shirt depot gets all of our business. We have used them for DTG, DTF and otherwise, and they've never failed us on quality of workmanship or service! Considering that we moved from California and have worked with other embroidery and print companies, I can say that they have been the best experience for my business. Bravo to T-shirt Depot. When my order of shirts came in about HALF of them were crooked and misprinted. I reached out to get this fixed and was offered a replacement for the shirts. For the wasted time and inconvenience I asked for a discount for which was given at 15% off the order. I accepted because the shirts that were made correctly were high quality and well done. I was told the shirts would then be ready in about two weeks. I come to pick them up and they are NOT ready. I am slightly annoyed but said "Okay, mistakes happen." The manager gave me his word that they'd be ready next time so I gave them another week to fulfill the order. When I return to pick up the replacement shirts a week later, I'm told they are STILL NOT READY and was never told ahead of time that it would be delayed YET AGAIN. This is completely unacceptable and by far the worst experience I had with a printing company. I finally got my shirts weeks after the initial purchase and I will NEVER be returning.
