Night Owls has been providing SugarHill with buttons and stickers for the last couple of years with excellent pricing, service and turn around time. But they REALLY did me a solid when I came to them with a last minute t-shirt order in time for our 70th Anniversary party. I called them last weekend, still tweaking the print with our designer. They said no problem, they could turn the shirts around by my deadline of this Friday. Instead, they were able to take the finished design on Monday night, and have the shirts ready by Wednesday evening - in a day and a half with NO RUSH fee. Still a little anxious, I went out to pick up the goods -- Solid work, very nice quality shirts. To boot, they included nearly 500 pieces of schwag (koozies, buttons and stickers) for our anniversary gift bags! I would recommend Eric, Val and the rest of the Night Owls crew to any business looking to get fast, quality promotional items in Houston and beyond. A++++++++++++ Thank you! read more

Night Owls is one of, if not the, best screen printing shops in the city. They're quick and professional, they only use waterbased inks so the shirts are soft, and they're organized which is more than i can say for some of the other shops I've worked with. You can't go wrong picking Night Owls to print your apparel. read more

I feel bad for not reviewing these people sooner. But I've been busy. Graphic design is a cruel mistress. I mean. I really don't know what I'm doing. But my heart is in the right place. Anyway, I really like Night Owls Print Shop because despite my best efforts, the t-shirts I get from them come out crazy good. They respond to my emails. I get proofs. My shirts are ready when I need them to be ready. Best yet, is the pricing. The pricing is very good and very competitive. I can get shirts done for my cast without breaking our piggy banks. When I took my last shirt out to bid, no one else was even close to the final price I got from Night Owls. This said, I really recommend Night Owls Print. I've had very good luck with them. read more

This is seriously the best shop I've ever experienced. And I work at one. I've worked at a few actually and everything about this shop is miles above them. The atmosphere, the people, the level of professionalism. They seem pretty chill, but still get everything done faster than a lot of places. And their prices are easily the best. This is hands down THE BEST shop in the Houston area. I honestly love these guys and I constantly brag about them to my friends. read more

I LOVE Night Owls Print shop. I have used many, many screen printers over the years and had never found one I was really happy with, until I found Night Owls. Their customer service is excellent, their prices are more than fair and the quality is outstanding. They respond to emails very quickly and they send proofs + my shirts are always ready when they say they will be. Everything about Night Owls is great! read more

I ordered some slipmats for my company a while back and they were perfect. Recently I reordered a new batch. They were mis printed and off center. Also they shipped them in a box that was too small for the mats and they were all jammed in there to the point of being misshapen. When I contacted them about their amateur errors Eric was very rude and blamed the company that made the felt mats and didn't take any blame for their obvious errors. Why send me a proof if it's not going to look like that?! No refund, no apology, no more of my business. Thanks for nothing night owls read more

They handled a tricky hard enamel order smoothly and in record time. I'm very impressed and I'm looking forward to working with them again!

The customer service here is beyond exceptional. They helped answer every question I had and kept me informed of the process. Best company for printing for sure!! read more

How have I not written a review about these folks yet? I have been printing shirts with Eric and Val for a few years now. They always provide the best turnaround time, great products, any option I could possibly want, and an amazing price. The more I print with them, the more I realize how willing they are to meet my often unreasonable demands, drop shipping shirts to different locations on tour with RIDICULOUS turnaround time - we're talking within a matter of days at our most urgent moments. I've never worked with any screen printer who has time and time again helped me out of tight spots with smiles on their faces. I've recommended them to everyone who has ever asked me where to get shirts printed. Everybody should print with Night Owls, it's that simple. If you live in Houston, you're very lucky this is in your backyard. read more

I am the kind of customer that wants to speak face to face...engage a product, ask a lot of questions and make sure I'm heard. Apparently Night owls only conducts business on line and does not want to meet a paying customer. I had a really hard time with this since my printing endeavors were so personal and I was so excited to finally have income to pay for quality services. Perhaps this is a milleneal approach to business, if so they are going to lose business. read more

Best of the best! From their phenomenal sales team and customer service, to their quick and high quality prints... I cannot recommend them enough. read more

Night Owls are incredibly wonderful and were able to accommodate to my limited timeframe and needs with incredible speed and kindness. Absolutely fantastic for everyone from touring bands to artists to anyone. read more

I recently ordered enamel pins from them, and the experience was wonderful. They got back to me super quickly through emails, answered all of my (possibly dumb) questions, and helped guide me through the process as I've never ordered anything like this before. Best of all, the pins turned out amazingly at a good price! High quality and exactly what I had hoped for. Thank you so much! read more

Val & Eric were so helpful and patient with us as we worked through ordering a small batch print for our indie band. They were super responsive and hands-on, offering plenty of great suggestions and tweaks. Three thumbs up! read more

We've used Night Owls for our band's (Steady Habits) two shirt runs, and they've both turned out magnificently. Eric and Val are the easiest people to deal with on the face of the planet, and the turnaround time is unbelievable (other places quote me months, Eric deals with my horribly convoluted and helter skelter communications and gets me turnarounds in weeks). Highly recommended. read more

I will never use another screen print company again after doing business with Night Owls. I've had a 3 color 18" x 24" Bun B poster print for Free Press Summerfest done, and also a new run of End The Fed shirts done with a no-feel discharge print, and they are simply amazing. Their attention to detail, and the fact that their heart and souls ARE SCREEN PRINTING, makes for a wonderful experience with these crafty individuals. Simply delighted to have met this team of art enthusiasts/screen printers. Thank You Night Owls. I have another order coming right around the bend!! read more

If I could give these guys (and gals) 10 stars I would. Their service in general is outstanding, very professional, down to earth, quick response time, and dedicated to their clients. The quality of the print was even better. Finding all of these things in a printer is HARD to find, on top of affordable prices, unique products, and quick turnaround. They are honest, hardworking, cool as hell and I would recommend these guys to EVERYONE in the Houston area and everywhere in between. It's worth the shipping cost trust me. Love me some NightOwl :) read more

Products created by Night Owls are top of the line, no question. Issue is communication. Their website has been down for months and those who stand in for the website and work through email are so ridiculously overworked that they take quite a long time to answer questions or get production started for orders. Everyone I've talked to is extremely nice and helpful, but talking to them is a rare opportunity. If the review was based solely on quality I'd give a 5, but the lack of communication is really, really frustrating. Especially when this company is simply a middleman for enamel pins that could easily be acquired straight from the Chinese factories that often have very attentive customer service teams. If they had a website, this would be less of an issue. read more
