Night Owls has been providing SugarHill with buttons and stickers for the last couple of years with excellent pricing, service and turn around time. But they REALLY did me a solid when I came to them with a last minute t-shirt order in time for our 70th Anniversary party. I called them last weekend, still tweaking the print with our designer. They said no problem, they could turn the shirts around by my deadline of this Friday. Instead, they were able to take the finished design on Monday night, and have the shirts ready by Wednesday evening - in a day and a half with NO RUSH fee. Still a little anxious, I went out to pick up the goods -- Solid work, very nice quality shirts. To boot, they included nearly 500 pieces of schwag (koozies, buttons and stickers) for our anniversary gift bags! I ordered some slipmats for my company a while back and they were perfect. Recently I reordered a new batch. They were mis printed and off center. Also they shipped them in a box that was too small for the mats and they were all jammed in there to the point of being misshapen. When I contacted them about their amateur errors Eric was very rude and blamed the company that made the felt mats and didn't take any blame for their obvious errors. They always provide the best turnaround time, great products, any option I could possibly want, and an amazing price. The more I print with them, the more I realize how willing they are to meet my often unreasonable demands, drop shipping shirts to different locations on tour with RIDICULOUS turnaround time - we're talking within a matter of days at our most urgent moments. Products created by Night Owls are top of the line, no question. Issue is communication. Their website has been down for months and those who stand in for the website and work through email are so ridiculously overworked that they take quite a long time to answer questions or get production started for orders. Everyone I've talked to is extremely nice and helpful, but talking to them is a rare opportunity. If the review was based solely on quality I'd give a 5, but the lack of communication is really, really frustrating. Especially when this company is simply a middleman for enamel pins that could easily be acquired straight from the Chinese factories that often have very attentive customer service teams. If they had a website, this would be less of an issue. read more
