Takes TNT a pretty long time to get back to you. Everyone there seems nice, but after my first conversation with Ashley it took a week for her to get back to me via email. After three weeks of waiting, I am just now finding out that she hadn't even started the mock up (for one sample.). I'm not purchasing from them, and unless you have time to sit and wait for a while, I'd advise you not to either. Ps: THE OWNER telling people why they are wrong, instead of how the company could improve, is not a good look. I contacted TNT Shirts on Wednesday mid afternoon with an extremely short notice request for office t-shirts. I was assisted by Zach and he was awesome! I sent the design via email and got a response very quickly with the mockup. I confirmed the order by the end of the day (Wednesday) and our shirts were finished by the end of THE NEXT DAY! It was a 24 hr turn around time!! Zach's response time was also exceptional! I picked up the shirts this morning (Friday) and we are extremely pleased with both the quality and the service provided! Also it's important to describe the order so you can gauge the turn around time for your order. This was for 25 black v-neck t-shirts in a variety of sizes ranging from XS to XXXL. It needed 3 colors: white, gray and red for the front and just white for the back. This is an awesome LOCAL business. I highly recommend them! read more

ou know, regardless of price and quality, it is never ok to be disrespectful to a customer and certainly not to swear and ridicule a client in front of their family. That is exactly what happened today in dealing with TNT Shirts. I have made multiple orders from this company and yes, price was fair, turn around time was good, but never in my 6 years of ordering printing products have I been treated like trash by a company I was doing business with. I walked into TNT's printing shop by mistake thinking this was the location to pick up a $700 order of shirts for a baseball team I coach. I had no idea where to go as there was no signs to indicate where customers are assisted. I knocked on a door and no answer. I slightly opened the door and a man at a computer desk motioned for me to enter. I walked in and stood there while the man was on the phone. No one else acknowledged me or said anything to assist me. I stood there for 10 min holding my 2 year old waiting for someone to say something. Then finally the man finished his phone call. I thought to myself ol maybe he will say something now.....nope.....the man began to start typing email and continued to ignore me. Not only did he ignore me but so did everyone else in the building. This of course made me feel that obviously as a customer my business was not important enough that I should even be acknowledged. A simple, I'll be with you in just a min sir, or a I'm sorry for your wait, nothing. So I then had to ask to be acknowledged and said who is the owner of the business. The man at the computer turned and said why? I said again who is the owner and finally he said he was. I expressed I would pay for the order I was there to pick up but wanted to let him know I would no longer be doing business with the company and writing a review as such. He then became aggressive and started to curse at me calling me an asshole in front of my two year old daughter. I said I would appreciate him not swearing in front of her and he told me act like an asshole I'm gonna treat you like one and your daughter is sleeping so what. I don't care what your prices are or if you can finish a product in one day.....your blantant disrespect for a customer who's spending their hard earned money at your business is absolutely unacceptable. After reading previous reviews it is obvious this isn't the first time customers have bee Treated as such and there doesn't appear to be any correcting this issue. I have been coming to tnt for a long time and today was my last. I made an order last Friday and I was willing to pay extra to make my order faster. They told me it would be ready on Wednesday. I call on Wednesday as I'm on my way to pick up my order. I was told "we're sorry come tomorrow (Thursday) at end of the day and they will be ready" although they lied I took into consideration that yes they do get busy at points, but the story just gets worse. The next day (Thursday) I arrive right before closing time. I was looking forward to receive my shirts and was in a very good mood. I arrive and they tell me "we're sorry you're stuff isn't ready yet." I try not to be upset so I respond "well can I at-least pick up what has already been finished and pay in full today and pick the rest up tomorrow" their response "we haven't even started". Now I know they get super busy and they can care less about one customer because it is nothing to them.. but that is not a good way to do business. I thought I could trust them and their word. No type of discount offered or a sincere apology. Save yourself some time and find a business that can keep their word. read more

I needed an order of 60 shirts for my band. This was NOT the place to go. After putting down a $200 deposit (out of a $600 order) I had to wait 4 months for them to even start my shirts because a lot of big school orders came in. Each week I called back I was told "uhm, oh yah, uh, it'll be another week". Their screen printing skills are pretty limited because I wanted to have the coloring on my lettering for the band all the same way and since he couldn't just easily use the paintbucket tool on the computer to fill it in, he said it might be a meticulous project. Later that week I had a friend fulfill the same request (for stickers) and it took him under a minute because he actually knew what he was doing. Finally I got the shirts printed (with an awful demo of what it would look like - the coloring was messed up) and the logo was slightly crooked, I was rushed to accept them, and the price of the shirts I later found out could've been done better and cheaper. As I've come to find out, not all screen printing places can meet all needs. These guys can do a solid school t shirt, or some other logo-less copy and paste job. Just make sure you have a big order or else they just won't care. I would not recommend them to anyone. read more

Update to original review from 10-10-13. LEATHER JACKET WITH CUSTOM VINYL PRINTING ON THE BACK TURNED OUT VERY NICELY AND JUST IN TIME FOR HALLOWEEN 2013 - VERY IMPRESSED. Only got like 1000 compliments on how cool it looked and where I got it done. Ashley at TNT was great and fulfilled a very off-the-cuff design idea in a short amount of time -it looked just like how I wanted it to. She paid very close attention to details from start to finish, which is why the project turned out a huge success. FYI, I did provide my own jacket, which just shows that TNT will not turn customers down on creativity within a budget. There's no telling how many other big name places in Houston turned me down and said I could not just order ONE. Are you kidding me? How do you know I will not bring you a large order request the next time or refer all my business constituents to do their large jobs with you? Go back to basics and review business plan/customer service 101! Anyways, the other staff members were very helpful as well, and it's awesome that they are all animal lovers there. Horrible service and Zach is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. I put in an order with Zach on June 4th by phone, I followed it up with an e-mail outlining what I needed. To my surprise Ashley got back to me on June 8th and clearly Zach never informed her of our discussions on the phone on pricing and shirt material. Ashley then disappeared until June 22nd when I followed up to see if my order was ready. Ashley informed me she had been out of town and out of the office and would get started on my order that day........18 days late!!! This was only the beginning, over the next week they printed the shirts on the wrong materials and tried to nearly double the original pricing agreed upon when I asked for them to print on the correct materials. After agreeing to just take the shirts printed on poor materials since they would only be samples anyways, I realized they left out an entire design and incorrectly made one design. I proceeded to e-mail them to notify them of the mistakes and received a phone call from Zach giving me attitude as he told me to "find a new screen printer", that I wasn't "worth the trouble" and that the order was my fault although our e-mails tell a different story. He wouldn't even allow me to talk and continuously cut me off repeating "find a new screen printer your not worth the trouble" and "return the shirts if you don't like them". I must cosign Ashley P.'s review of TNT as it seems she had a very similiar experience to the one I am having and I would never recommend or go back to this place. It seems as if there is a larger underlining problem with the way they treat certain customers and it's incredibly disheartening that this kind of work is a theme for them. read more

Screen printing ok. DO NOT GET EMBROIDERING!! I ordered 20 polo shirts to be embroidered w/company logo. The embroider sewed the logo crooked on half (1/2) my order, so I called to ask about the process to get them fixed. The manager, Brian, was really rude and asked me to bring them back, so I did (brushing off his rudeness). Went back and Peter (another mgr) & another employee saw and acknowledged the mistake and said they'd be ready by Wed. Went back Wed, they weren't ready. OK, went back the next day. They were ready, but one was still messed up (loose string). So I spoke to Peter and showed him the mistake. As he's correcting the mistake, he starts YELLING AT ME while fixing their mistake (no joke). Telling me there was nothing wrong with the shirt, that he's was fixing, (this is not a joke). I told him that I would never use this company again as they treat their customers poorly and I hope to those that ready this you do the same. I am still in shock that their management team would treat a customer so poorly because of THEIR MISTAKE. If you're up for a rude company that is OK with yelling at their customers (for their own mistakes), then this is your company, otherwise there are many other options... read more
