Two of the shirts came back ruined, due to being double stamped. I was informed the company will not replace the shirts, due to us not purchasing them directly from them. I was also informed, if we bought new shirts, we would have to pay the $10 print fee?!? They stated, "You don't have to pay the $30 setup fee." Your company ruined two shirts and you're making us pay to have new shirts reprinted? Plus, you will not pay for the shirts your company ruined?! This doesn't sound like good business practice to me. I am highly disappointed in your customer support. We've ordered shirts through your company for some time now and I don't feel comfortable continuing business with this type of business practice. Very disappointed customer.

Some businesses provide a service, but every once in a while, you come across a business that puts…read moreheart, pride, and passion into everything they do. I want to take a moment to give my highest recommendation and genuine appreciation to this embroidery business. From the quality of their work to the attention to detail, they went above and beyond to make sure the vision came to life exactly how it was supposed to. As a business owner, you put so much of yourself into your brand. Every logo, every stitch, every piece represents countless hours of sacrifice, dedication, and belief in a dream. So when you find someone who understands that and treats your work with the same level of care, it means more than just receiving a finished product. Thank you to the manager and his staff for showcasing and providing professional service on every order I have placed. It means more knowing that someone believed in the vision enough to help bring it to life. The craftsmanship, professionalism, patience, and genuine care they showed deserve to be recognized. If you are looking for an embroidery business that doesn't just see your order as another job, but understands the importance behind what you're creating, I highly recommend them. Thank you for helping me turn a vision into something I can actually hold in my hands and be proud of and the price is very reasonable and affordable. Quality. Passion. Dedication. Craftsmanship. This is the type of business I will proudly recommend to others.

I would not use Embroidery by Shotzy and would not recommend this business to anyone looking to…read morehave custom embroidery done. Go to Apparel Up for any and all embroidery needs!! First off, the shop is located in a back room of a CBD store. There is nothing wrong with that, but it made it seem like his embroidery "business" is more of a side gig and not very established. I brought my daughter's dress in yesterday to see if it could be embroidered by Friday. The man helping me was nice enough, but he seemed all over the place. He told me I had to purchase a specific file on Etsy for him to do the embroidery, which I ended up doing at his request. He then told me he could guarantee it would be done by Friday. I came back today after getting the file made through Etsy. When I came in, he barely recognized me, even though I had spent about 20 minutes with him the day before. I told him I had the file and was ready to have the dress embroidered. He then told me he couldn't do it because he was now slammed with orders he had received since I last came in. So, I had just wasted the money I spent on Etsy to get the embroidery file made. Disappointing. What was interesting, though, was that when I entered the shop today, he was scrolling on his phone and didn't look like he had dozens of embroidery orders to fill. I ended up going to Apparel Up, and I wish I hadn't wasted my time at Shotzy in the first place. Apparel Up charged me half of what Shotzy would have charged, and their customer service was top-tier. They were also able to guarantee it would be finished by Friday, which was exactly when I needed it. Shotzy's embroidery business seems more like a side gig, so I think he should avoid guaranteeing turnaround times if he can't fulfill them. Go to Apparel Up instead!

When I arrived, I was grateful to see reserved parking spaces right in front. I was not eager to tackle Rice Village parking, so this convenience was a benefit for me. Upon walking in, I asked where I could find some potentially matching fabric and the salesgirl was so helpful! She pointed me in the right direction. Since I was looking for white fabric, she recommended I take the fabric outside in the sun to make sure it matches (can't trust white with the florescent lights!). That greatly helped, as the first fabric I thought would work ended up not matching at all once I took it in the sun. After a few tries, I found a fabric that was perfect! If in need of fabric, I definitely recommend coming to Universal Fabric Center. Lots of options to choose from and great service!
