DISASTER! I chose to come here after reading the good reviews & the clothes proximity to my home. However, I will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone. I chose to come here after reading the reviews and not go to our regular embroidery shop. I came with lunch kits that they assured me they could embroider, and that they could screen print and embroider my employee shirts. The. they embroidered the shirts but told me they could not do the screen printing unless, I was willing to pay $60 a shirt for screen printing "Operations" on the back of my 8 employee shirts. All in all I end up leaving my shirts and lunch kids with the despite them not being able to screen print on the back like I had asked for. A week later they called me and tell me that they cannot embroider my lunch kids and will be giving me a refund and that I can come pick up the shirts in the hat that I left to get embroidered. Upon picking up the lunch kits this is how I received my hat not embroidered and it just had tape that said "logo" on it without a refund. I called and they said "yeah that's on us just being it back". The embroidered shirts had holes in them and the wording on the shirts was incredibly small. I called my regular guy said the only way to fix would be to put a patch over the small lettering.

What a truly amazing easy experience. I literally spent 15 min explaining what I want and Teresa already knew what colors would stand out the best. I had 15 custom hat made by this company. Needed some shirts made for about 70 preschoolers and their teachers for field day. I needed a relatively quick turnaround time - about a week. As I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome. They answered all my questions and even had some great suggestions. My products were all done in just a few days!!!
