Must small businesses don't have this so I was more inclined to get my scrubs done with someone who actually answered and was knowledgeable and helpful. He was super patient with me when I could get the correct logo file to him. Through several attempts he still was very prompt in answering questions timely ( less than an hour to respond each time). When I went to drop off scrub tops to embroider the price didn't change. The turnaround time was exactly what he quoted. I picked up my order and was very pleased with the quality, cost and turnaround time. I definitely recommend this business for all customized orders. I'll be back again.

(whatever the term is aha)..I had to find someone to possibly assist me w/ a Vinyl Decal for a Quote super last minute for my graduation cap design. I had someone originally, but they told me last minute they couldn't do it so I was in hunt mode. And it's hard to find the type of business you may be looking for when all you want is a quote because lots of places are doing more shirts or bigger ticket items. Anywho, she was able to speak w/ me. And we discussed some options for how to proceed. We even got as far as designing what I wanted. She was honest with the unknowns and potential issues regarding what I wanted. However, time was just not favorable on our side. So while it would've been great if I could've messaged her earlier to get it done, I appreciated her coming through with my last minute request & trying to help me even though it didn't work out in the end. It was the effort that really showed me she was at least willing. Everyone else I tried to contact either dropped the ball on communication or was online & id have to wait for shipping, and I wanted someone local for obvious reasons. She's very communicative which is also a plus in the business world.

The monogramming came back of centered and slanted and they monogrammed the name upside down. Embarrassing, I would never had brought my things here if I had an idea of how terrible they are, no apologies and pretending as if everything was fine they gave me my things facing down so I wouldn't see what they had done. Save your money and your time. They refunded me the money after I went back and forth for a while with an employee I got my money back in bills and quarters $33 not out of them acknowledging their mistake but me fighting for my child's ruined items. I spent $80 on a backpack and lunchbox to be ruined which they did not take any responsibility for. If you are not competent enough to do a job decline it.
