The monogramming came back of centered and slanted and they monogrammed the name upside down. Embarrassing, I would never had brought my things here if I had an idea of how terrible they are, no apologies and pretending as if everything was fine they gave me my things facing down so I wouldn't see what they had done. Save your money and your time. They refunded me the money after I went back and forth for a while with an employee I got my money back in bills and quarters $33 not out of them acknowledging their mistake but me fighting for my child's ruined items.
