If I could give this place a zero I WOULD! I ordered company T-shirts from this place only to be told several times that the png I sent WITHOUT THE BACKGROUND was not working. I kept sending them different versions of the png and they somehow still could not get it to work. I sent them the last image and approved the final design and I waited several weeks for an email saying they were finished or at least a CALL! I called to check and see why they were taking sooo long and they stated that I had not approved the design yet. I was livid to say the least so I approved the final design AGAIN and they stated that the shirts would be done within the week. I waited AGAIN and called the following Monday... they said that the shirts had not been done because the image was not coming out right. I was so extremely fed up and just told them to refund me. They stated that someone would reach out to me the next day to complete this refund. I waited two weeks as they stated they were currently in the process of "moving" so I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt! I decided to give them a call today again asking about the refund and the lady on the phone stated that the manager FORGOT AND SHE WILL TRY TO REMIND HER AGAIN... this place is horrible AND I ORIGINALLY PLACED MY ORDER IN SEPTEMBER.... ITS ABOUT TO BE DECEMBERRRR! I will never ever order from this place ever again, lesson learned. VistaPrint is my way to go from now on. read more

Trying to shop local by ordering shirts custom printed in Houston. First the website link from the google search doesn't go to their website. Second, when I called the person said to email...and then didn't respond until I called to follow up the next day. My email request provided the specific shirts (size and sku) to order and the deadline I needed them by. After 8 days going back on forth with slow replies they finally set up my order. Third, When I asked them to confirm they would meet my deadline, the response was "I need to order your shirts, they're not in stock". WTH? So today I went online to NinjaTransfers and ordered everything in 20 minutes with delivery in 3 days! This local business needs to seriously step up their customer service. read more

Ok well i came in on Monday with some hats to get done by the weekend. It was guaranteed they can be done. I sent them a pic of the exact font i wanted which was 35$ more for custom. The emails they Kept sending me were trash and basically not what i asked for. I went up there today which is Wednesday and my hats weren't done because i didn't have the name of the font in which i wanted mind you they never stated this to me once. They made me think by them just looking at it they'll be able to find the exact font i want. Long story short i needed these hats for some very important this weekend and they won't be done and they did nothing to fix the problem. I'll never come back here. They're lack of urgency pissed me off. read more

Mona T-Shirts have sketched their policies to scam customers. I send it my order and they now want a $50 rush fee. Seriously!!!....Bad business and I'm done here. Thanks for the bad service. Just treat return customers with respect that scamming them. read more

I enjoyed doing business at Mona's. I order about 200 shirts from them and the young lady that helped me was super professional. Their prices on materials are competitive. Only down side is that they charge for damn near everything and have a high set up fee. I'll come back but won't stop looking for a better deal elsewhere because there is!!! read more

I love Mona T-shirt! I've been coming to this company for my printing needs since about 2009. They're a great family owned business that operates in integrity and excels in service. Their turn-around time is great (often completing projects ahead of schedule), and they offer discounts to "regulars", and for bulk orders. I've literally seen the company (and their family) grow over the years; they even hired employees who embody the same culture of service as they do. My co-worker and I went into this store on Monday morning to order 3 shirts with a screen print on front needed by Thursday for a playoff game. I showed them my screen design which they had me email to them and they pulled up on their computer to ensure what I wanted. After the guy adjusted the resolution proof to the exact of what I wanted to be printed onto the shirts, we agreed to the price and execution of my order. He assured me & my co-worker he could do it and my order would be ready by Wednesday afternoon for pick up. Tuesday I called the store to add a couple more shirts to my order for which they took the request, charged my card and proceeded as if all was fine with my requested order. Wednesday, a few hours before my pick up time, I began receiving texts then phone call that there was a problem with my shirt order and they couldn't make it like they'd promised and assured they could when taking my order initially. They advised me that I needed to pay $5 more dollars p/shirt in order to get the shirts to come out designed they way they were supposed to and as they assured, agreed and promised they would. They refused to make it right and correct the error and forced me to make the choice to either take their crappy product of a t-shirts as-is, ay more money for better Work or lose 1/2 my money in refund. This left with me no choice to either take the shirts, not have any shirts b/c it was too late to go anywhere else or lose my $. Mona T-shirt is a crappy crappy crappy company to do business with!!!! They DO NOT stand behind their work or provide good quality work! If you need t-shirts made, RUN away from Mona T-shirt and go next door or down the street!!!! read more

I was looking for a place to print a fundraising message onto a single racing t-shirt, and Mona's was the only place I found that was able to do it. What I had imagined really wasn't straight forward due to the material of the running shirt. The staff at Mona's were very helpful and upfront about what would be possible and what wasn't due to the material I had chosen/ technique they needed to use. They then helped me make the necessary adjustments to my design. They were really friendly, helpful, professional and responsive, and the whole thing got turned around in two days as well. When I went to pick it up, it looked so much better then what I had expected. I am really pleased with the outcome and can only recommend this place! read more
