I'm not gonna lie, I'd never gotten shirts done before, so I can't comment on how this place compares to other shops, but if other shops give you the care that Imran does... lemme tell you. I learned about this place because I have friends who are teachers who use this company to place all their school's shirt orders. If a shop can push out 200 shirts in a week, I figured they could handle my expedited order. When I walked in the shop, it felt like half factory/half store. There are shirts, hats, backpacks, hoodies -- literally anything thing you can imagine that you can print a design on. All I needed were some bridesmaid shirts and a banner, but because I procrastinated EVERY OTHER BUSINESS told me they wouldn't be able to do my order in my time frame or I'd have to sell my organs to afford the expedited cost. I'm gonna be honest when I say I needed them ASAP -- like in two days. Imran was really nice and went over the extra cost to get them expedited and how much it was going to be for an original design, which was much less than the other places I looked at. I gave him the design I wanted after looking at what they already had (my bride is super picky) and everything was set! I was a little nervous because of the short deadline I gave them, but I got my order in time for my bride's bachelorette party. Requested for some cups for a graduation party. Pick up day was 12/16. On getting there by 3:30pm, was told it will not be ready till 5pm. We waited only to be told after 5pm that there machine broke down a couple of days ago and the one been used now to complete the job isnt sticking the print on the cups. Bunch or lies and insincerity. If you can not deliver a job as promised, say so. Not just trying to produce a lot of lies to back up previous lies. Absolute WORST!!!! I went to Neha T-Shirt because the other shirt place I go to has really bad customer service. They did a great job but their service sucks. Well Neha is worse and the quality is horrible. They said it takes 3 days to do an order, but later they said it would take 5 days. Then on the fifth day they finally started my order and I came in to get the shirts that they said would be ready only to find that they printed them too small. So instead I had to wait the weekend and two business days to get the shirts. An extra 4 days after the quoted time. The original photo I wanted printed on the shirts were too small, so I had to take the file home and enlarge it using photo shop. The software that they use does not have the ability to use smart-objects like photoshop does. I emailed the photo to the email address but I don't hear back from them. I call them a day later and they tell me they didn't get the email so I bring it to them on a flash drive. The guy is not there so I tell the assistant to have him call me later to let me know if the images will work. I don't hear back from him so I call the next day to find out he emailed me instead without giving me a courtesy phone call. He emailed me two proofs that look very good. I got the shirts back today, they do not look like the proofs. They are purple where it should be blue, and the colors are dark and barely noticeable. Anyone can tell that these look like shit but they printed 25 of them. But whats worse is that instead of putting the design on the chess where its supposed to go, they put the design on the stomach area. Who the fuck does that. Two more things, I tried to use the email he sent me to get the phone number of the shop but it only had the address, it did not have a number to reach the business. When you actually do call, its just some guy in a monotone voice that says "hello?" I thought I got the wrong number the first time I called. The least you can do is answer the phone like a professional business and say your business name in the greeting. I blame myself. I was skeptical about using them because I didn't see any photo designs in any of their examples. It was all logos or vinyl lettering. I didn't stop myself because the proofs looked good and I assumed thats how the shirts would come out. I give up on trying to find good service on that street. I'll just go back to the other place. At least they know what they are doing over at the other place!!! read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I spoke with the owner and placed an order to have logos placed on my samples (only about 20 pieces) for my fitness apparel on August 22. He informed me that it would only take one week. There has been ZERO communication! I have had to message them multiple times to find out about the status. Three weeks later he told me it was in production. After that, still nothing. One week later he told me that it would be available within the next two days and I would receive an invoice. Monday afternoon he messaged me asking about colors of prints (this is week 4) as if it was in production. Never received anything. It is now 9/29 5 WEEKS LATER and I am here in the store and my order was still never worked on! I do not recommend this company at all! read more

They work with you to find/make the design for you. We just had an image and a hashtag in mind. They were super creative and designed something awesome for our family vacay shirts! Most places need a minimum of 20-50 shirts so thanks for the convenience! Huge variety of colors, shirts, hats, bags, anything! I might get my company shirts made here too! Our first experience with NEHA is horrible to say the least. We ordered embroidery for our pressed dress shirts. The shirts cost $72 each retail. For the job, we paid 50% upfront and express how important it was for the shows to be pristine. After no phone call in two days from promised delivery and visiting their corporate office three times, our Shirts were not ready. On the fourth visit, and after waiting an additional 20 minutes, our recently dry cleaned shirts was handed to us wrinkled and subpar to say the least!! I would NEVER recommend them for any job big or small due to their lack of communication, sub standard service, and terrible customer service. My sister and I went in to request a quote and possibly become long term customers. It was our first time, therefore we're not sure who to talk to, except a guy in the front behind the desk. We understand the guy was helping someone but we have spent some time within the business and waited a few mins for someone to address us. My sister asked him if there's someone that could help us and he responded with an attitude "can't you wait?" First of all, RUDE. Secondly, it's pretty dumb to not greet your customers. We don't know who he is or how it works at this place. So it would be nicer to acknowledge the customers, let us know you're busy at the moment and wait a bit and you'll get to us. I told him we've have never been here and we don't know if he's the one to ask for a quote. He didn't say anything to us during our 15 mins there. I don't care if you have 3 or 10 things to do while you're on your cell and computer, taking 5 seconds to acknowledge your customers is not hard. First impression as a stuck up place with that kind of crappy service had lost them a $1,000 sale. read more
