    I absolutely loved the work done here for monogramming some items for a special anniversary gift…read morefor my parents, so I decided to return for another gift for my Yelpies son. The quality was a little sub~par this time, unfortunately, as they mixed up my order with another item I gave them .I think the sweet person who does the monogramming that day was having some personal issues, and I appreciated the fact that she owned up to messing up my order. I was leaving for South Florida the next day, so she did redo an item I gave her, although the 1st one was unable to replace it. I never did hear from the owner, so I'm pretty sure it was not mentioned but would likely want to return, but I would probably not give them multiple items as it may be confusing to the person who monogrammed. They do have some really cute items in stock, so I would absolutely return for those cute specialty items.

Read the bad reviews to determine if you want to put yourself through what myself and countless others have dealt with regarding the owner and the way they treat their paying customers. We bought two brand new bags for our two babies to use for school and we wanted their names (12 letters total) sown on the front. Took the bags in and discussed different designs with owner, Brittany, and we came up with a design for each bag. We paid for the bags and left them with Brittany and were told they should be done by the end of the week, if not we will call you and they should be ready the week of spring break. 3 weeks went by and my wife and I both called the store, sent messages via IG and emails with no response. I decided to drop (30 minutes away) by to the store to see if the bags were ready after over 3 weeks of being ghosted and no returned phone calls or updates. I walk in to an employee named Georgia who asks about our order. I tell her we dropped off a few weeks ago and we're waiting to hear back about whether they were ready or not. Georgia goes into back room and cannot find our bags. She finally finds them at the top shelf in a bigger bag and they looked like they had not moved from that spot since the day we dropped them off with Brittany, 3 weeks ago. Georgia says they will get with Brittany and have these ready for us in a few days. My wife asks me 5+ times if she needs to clarify with them the designs and color scheme to make sure they don't forget so she even reaches out to Brittany and asks if we need to go back over what we talked about some 3 1/2 weeks ago now and Brittany simply responded something like "no, all good." As predicted, it was not all good, when my wife went to pick up the bags the next day, my son's name was spelled wrong. Brittany said she would fix it, no problem. We get a call a few days later that his bag is ready for pick up. Some 4 weeks later now. When we show up to pick up my son's bag, the quality is terrible and it is off-centered. My son's name is "ONIX" she spelt it "ONYX" then unstitched the "YX" and replaced it with the "IX". It was off-center due to this. Brittany actually told me that she took all the letters out and re-stitched the entire "ONIX" off-centered meaning she didn't center it or she is lying about removing all 4 letters and starting over. Back to the quality of the bags, stitching is coming out and I pointed it out to her and she told me "not to mess with it or it would come out" I looked at her and said, these bags are for kids, they are going to get knocked around. At this point, Brittany was rattled. I think she thought we're just going to accept these bags the way they were as she told me she did not feel she needed to reimburse us for anything as we paid her to embroider the names and the names were clearly on the bags like we asked. It did not matter whether we were satisfied and that is the real reason for this review. Not only is Brittany an unorganized liar, she is also very rude and really never treated us like paying customers after she took our money. I asked Brittany why there was a delay with our bags, she said that was her fault and she takes responsibility for that. It was only then, that Brittany was starting to understand the situation here. She then, almost within 5 minutes, changed her mind and now did feel compelled to "fix" the bag and reimburse us. After leaving her store for the 4th time empty handed, I finally came back the next week to find the bag in the condition you see in the pictures of this post. Brittany never said another word to us about the bags. At one point I even asked her if she wanted US to buy a new bag so SHE could start from scratch. She said no of course and that she could fix it and we wouldn't even be able to tell there had been stitching placed and then pulled and re-stitched and then removed again. As of today, we still have not been reimbursed by Brittany or the store.
