OH. MY. GOSH. If there is a letter grade above A+ I would give Minutemen Press that letter grade. I was in a bit of a predicament since I have moved from Minnesota and the UPS stores in Texas are much less... service for what you get. I would usually go to UPS to have anything printed or anything special printed but I have burned once or twice down here. Plus the service is lacking compared here compared to MN. This is where Minutemen Press came to my rescue. Like a knight in shining..paper? I had put up a question on Yelp since this is in the middle of COVID, and I don't have the transportation to drive there and back frequently. Minutemen Press was able to get back to be within 1 day and from there the teamwork between Minutemen Press and myself was something better than a major league soccer team. No, I am not joking. They were just on point. I had a piece of art work commissioned for Valentines Day, and the piece turned out to be a bit more rectangular than expected. I really had to make sure that when printed, that my commission would just look as beautiful as it did on the computer. And this is where Minutemen Press played a key role. In comparison to other places like UPS or other print shops where they really don't care if you pick the wrong size to print or the wrong finish. Minutemen Press had their designer take a quick look and gave advice about what size to print at. LIKE A REAL KNIGHT IN SHINING PAPER! GLOSSY PAPER TOO! From there, I had put in the order and I was able to put in the order via email and then pick up and pay in store. I ordered a bunch of door hangers from this place. The people were friendly. I can't put anything past them for that and I think that's great. It is possible that I had expectations that were too high. I didn't feel like there was priority for my order. Maybe they were working on something bigger but it was passed between two different people and I had to keep calling back to make sure it was getting followed up on. I spent $1700 there. The quality of the paper and print of the door hangers was pretty great. I paid for good stock. My issue is that it was later than they had originally said it'd be and that several of the prints stuck together and ripped. I'd include a picture if I knew how to attach one here. I've used other printers before back in Virginia and I never had issues like that out of either of them. Granted, they were smaller orders though. All in all, I'm not sure that I'd do business with them again. read more

tried to call to order 20,000 pieces. If you call them they tell you just to email them, even if you do not want to. They charge for graphic design by the hour, $90 per hour to be exact! Do you have lawyers designing these fliers? Not an easy process at all! I usually order over 100,000 pieces of print per year for marketing, I usually go through fast color printer, but since they went up on shipping I figured I would get a local quote to save money on shipping, didn't get that far, was told the graphic designer had a "FULL PLATE". It should be an easy process to get print, tell them how much of what size, the paper stock & they send you the design, you either approve it, or ask for changes, and that's it. They make this process much more difficult then it has to be and way more expensive. PEOPLE if you pay $90 per hour for design, I guarantee you that you are wayyyyyy overpaying, you can literally get it anywhere else cheaper. Now that I finished this long review I actually got to find a printer that can fulfill my order for a decent price and an easier process with more transparency. read more
