Had I known I was going to be fleeced, I would have opted to ride my bicycle 3 extra miles to an alternative location for printing. The self-serve printers do not support printing from a flash drive. The most significant issue is the charge for a "Computer Rental" (see attached image). I do not have a printer and needed to print an Amazon return label, I gave 2 stars because their computers were easy to use and the process was quick! It's also a UPS drop site, which was easy. However, they charged $3.25 for a single sheet of B/W copy paper. That price was outrageous! I'm not sure if it was a mistake, but be warned that it may not be the place to go if you just need 1 sheet printed. read more

The owner (the elderly man that sits at the desk screaming to customers) is beyond with no doubt EXTREMELY RUDE, condescending, dismissive, unhelpful, and presents as a racist, discriminative, and cranky person. I had a UPS package that could not be left in my apartment complex because the door was closed. UPS left my package at Kwik Kopy because it is a designated UPS Access Point location. That is awesome! I was immediately greeted as I entered Kwik Kopy, and after checking my id, they gave me my package. Great service. With great color quality, unlike kinkos that always washed. They are incredibly helpful and usual can do most basic copy jobs while you wait. Terrible and passive aggressive service. This place is a UPS pick up point. Their weekend hours are incorrect. It says closing time is 2pm. I called ahead to confirm my package was there at 1:15. I reached out to them by email and by phone. When I was on the phone with them trying to get information about a product being ordered they did not provide me with a tracking number or any information. A week passed and I finally spoke to someone and they didn't even ship it. They never sent me a tracking number like I asked so many issues with them I want a refund but won't get one I know because of the terrible customer service I received from them. Do not use even if you have to find a way to use a more reputable source like office max or be prepared to get ripped off. They will hang up on you and won't respond to email nor will they compensate you for there fault even when they admit it. read more
