On Friday January 21, 2022, I went to the UPS store and asked if they did overnight mail. I was told they did. I needed a rent check sent that had to be there on Saturday. I was not asked if I wanted the overnight sent via USPS and specifically asked for UPS overnight. I paid $45.14 for the overnight delivery. Landlord called on Saturday the 22nd to say the overnight was not received which caused late fees to be imposed. The landlord called me on February 3rd to inform me the overnight had finally arrived! A stamped envelope with a forever stamp would have arrived there sooner. An overnight arriving almost 2 weeks later is not overnight! If I wanted to send the overnight USPS I would have simply gone across the street to the Bellaire Post office and mailed it there myself. I went to the UPS store today, February 5 and was told I signed a screen that said the delivery was not guaranteed. The screen states the date of arrival by the end of the next day and the next line says "end of day: not guaranteed." It is logical to assume that this means that it is possible delivery could possibly be delayed a day or two. IT DOES NOT say "we don't guarantee in any form or fashion when your overnight will be delivered- it could be almost two weeks later, so do you still want to pay $45.14 and roll the dice? A day or two later than the overnight date while not great is just life today, but not almost two weeks. No, that is not right under any metrics. To the staff's credit they took my information and the store manager will review on Monday and submit a request for a refund. I am disputing the charge with Chase credit card service and will follow up this review with how this is resolved by UPS Corporate. read more

I rented a mail box and they lose our GREEN CARDs, since the USPS tracking number showed the status as delivered to their address but they didn't put it in my mail box, it happened for me to find someone else mail in my box and gave it back to them to put it in the correct box number, their mistake costs me over $5,000 and a year of delay, before I rent that box I asked them if they have an automatic notification service for recieved letters (sms or email) and they said YES but later they never notified me and they said its for packages only and were lieing again, they said you can call and ask us to check your mail box and almost every time they were putting me on hold for quit long time (One time they left me over 45 MINUTES !) and one time I was at thier store using the printer and someone called and they recognized him and they put him on hold and they start laughing pretending they are checking his box but they didn't and Left on hold for over 10 minutes then told him there is nothing at the moment! There was a girl with blonde Afro Curly Hair who made fun of a customer with her college right after the customer left and didn't care that I was their and even didn't treat me with respect (not sure if she still work there) there was a very nice guy don't remember his name I have never being there again for about a year, I know it is very long review but I hope they can be more professional and try their best to avoid mistakes and respect customers. read more

We believe we paid but we never received our items. All calls to Drake to clarify the issue went unreturned. We were told PayPal only; no option to pay by credit card which limits the actions we can take. If he would return our calls or emails, we would pay him - or as the case may be, pay him again - but we've not had any response to emails or calls. This has been going on for 4 months. I purchased several art glass lots from an auction house near this UPS Store and upon receipt of the items, one of them was broken. I filed a claim and it's been months and months of nothing but run around from this UPS Store (say they'll call me back but don't). Unfortunately because you pay the "UPS" store (which is NOT UPS) to ship your items, UPS considers the UPS Store to be the customer/shipper and won't work with me, so I'm left at the mercy of this UPS Store. I finally got them on the phone and now they said I didn't get insurance on the package other then the default $100, which is completely inaccurate. If you're shipping anything of value, I'd highly recommend to work with another shipper, this has been an utter waste of time and loss of money. read more

This UPS Store is convenient to us and for the past couple of years we've been using their shipping services. They also sell a few office supplies, print big posters, and pack stuff. They are friendly and efficient. The caring staff here is great; they don't treat you like A # like the other place! Usually quick service even with a line of customers with odd requests. Always seem to have at least two staff members on duty and willing to help. Staff answers questions well. Be aware that you'll pay much more for basic postage services than at the good ol' USPS. Also, several other UPS store locations in the Houston area provided good service too. read more

I entered the UPS Store at 5233 Bellaire Blvd, Bellaire, TX 77401about 2 weeks ago and asked for a quote on a business card. A young lady was called from the back who took my sample of an old card and content of a new one. She quoted roughly and gave me an email to which to send both documents to "Dave". I did so and did not receive a response, then sent another email. I then went in the store and the clerk was apologetic and said he would intervene. In 2 days I received a proposal, but many items on my old card were carried over to the new one. I then sent back a new sample to the email for "Dave" and there was still no response. I sent another, then called the telephone numbers on his email. One was nonfunctional, and the other was a message machine. Frustrated, I went back into the store, where the same clerk appeared. I said I was astounded at the lack of progress, inability to contact or interact with Dave. I added that the proposal from Dave contained half of what was on the 8 year old card repeated, and that my numerous samples clearly gave the new contents. Again, he apologized, and looked befuddled and annoyed. I said "if you cannot provide this service, you should not be advertising it. If I cannot get a good telephone, or there will be no progress, then I should go elsewhere." The clerk responded "Go ahead. Dave is a busy man" (which is what he told me before when I went in there to provide a better sample). "So then you cannot give me an estimate of the time line." He did not reply. "Well I suppose I will have to go to Fedex or Office Depot, then." "I don't care," was his reply. "Doesn't it bother you that you wasted my time? What if I post my experience with you." "That's all right too," he said, now clearly angry. This deliberate indifference and lack of respect for customer's time is predatory behavior. These proprietors did not adhere to their promises, and basically were insulting me with their antics. This is a perfect example of a business that, if they can't beat the customer, in this case re professional time and disrespect, they don't want anything to do with him. To say this business is unprofessional would be gratuitous. They do not even rise to a basic level of attempting to help their customers, at least with business care design and printing. They need to remove these services from their ads. This branch reflects poorly upon the brand name. The attitude is incredible, but perhaps there is more to the ill will here that I do not understand. In any case, as far as my interaction is concerned this UPS store is an abomination because of the nonperformance and shameful behavior of the owners. read more

Valuable original artwork entrusted with this UPS Store for repackaging and shipment was lost or stolen on 12/16/2015. The large box containing the artwork disappeared and UPS corporate records indicate the painting was never received for shipment. I requested that the management of this UPS store review and **preserve** their video surveillance of the incident. On my fourth visit to the store (1/12/2016), management indicated that video showed the painting being received by UPS drivers but that this video was subsequently overwritten and is permanently unavailable (!!!). There is a large reward for the painting's safe return.
