Went to drop off a package for delivery to LA since USPS was already closed, my package had a prepaid label so all I had to do was drop the package off in the crate they had for USPS. No drop off fee or anything. The package was delivered in just 2 days. This store is honestly very dependable, probably more dependable than the usps store itself. This place is super close to my house. I love that I can drop off Ups as well as FedEx packages at the same location. They are always professional and I've never had an issue with any of my packages. Definitely recommend them. They also do USPS and sell shipping materials. I've never used them for printing, but that service is also available. read more

They have ruined my valentines day gift and didnt deliver on time after saying it WILL arrive on time with gauranteed date on my reciept. I paid 66 Dollars! They knew it was a valentines day gift and I mentioned many times to the associates that I want it to be delivered BEFORE valentines day. They REFUSED to give me a refund after trying several attempts by phone and email. The older woman associate YELLED at me over the phone because they didnt want to be held responsible and I was being nice the whole time. Super Unprofessional. Their only excuse left was to blame it on "covid" which was not mentioned to me at all and they said it will get there on time right before I paid for the package which was printed on my reciept. If you say something, you should deliver it on time, or at LEAST provide a refund if you don't. Do not trust the dates they give you, they will deliver it late and will not give you any refund. read more

My house is in Grand Mission and it's the closest postal office that I HAVE TO go. I usually purchase items online and get free return labels. Whenever the clothes that I've purchased did not fit on me, I packed and drop off for the return. I went to this postal office many times for drop off and it was totally free of charge untill past two week, owner told me that if I wanted a receipt, it would be $1. And yesterday, she (owner) showed me a new notice stating that every return box must be charged with $1-$2. Mail return is free of charge only. Well, 1 more thing, I went to this place and wanted to return a shirt to a store via mailing and the fee was way more expensive than USPS stores. A shirt was only $25 and the fee was already $21 in which a shirt wasn't bulky or heavy at all. read more

Do not bring your business here. I was a regular u til a recent hire (young girl) on several occasions when I make drops here always has a nasty attitude as if she hated working there. Customer service poor. No guest relations, always on her phone (ear piece) when dealing clients, and seems to force her smile. I come for the convenience but not worth it if I co to JW to be treated like a number rather than a valued guest. If you do visit, pay close attention to how she treats each interaction. Mono tone, short one word answers to your question/inquiries, never smiles and constantly having full on convos with her friends on ear phones. You been warned read more

Their Groupon is a scam. Bought a Groupon for iphone 6 screen repair - $74. When I get there, she tells me that it *may* cost $30 more for the LCD to be repaired also. The Groupon mentioned this, so OK. Then I get a phone call that the LCD is $70, not the previously mentioned $30. This company just screams "bait and switch scam!" They may be fine as a postal service provider, but DO NOT USE them for phone repair. read more

I live a minute away and have been using this place for my po box as well as receiving large packages and sending out mail. Sure they charge you extra for certain things but in this area, it sure beats the cost of driving to the nearest post office/fedex/ups store! There isn't one close by at all. The owner is very nice and always calls when I have a package that has arrived. I'm confused as to how these people have been in business so long but the only ones reviewing are negative. They are doing something right. My tips if you're using this place frequently are to build rapport with the employees, be patient and be ready to pay a couple extra bucks. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!! I went there to ship a package using USPS. More than a week later my mom never gotten the package so I track the package and it show the label was created but USPS never had possession. I came by to see the owner and she said she's not responsible. I can't file claim with USPS because tracking show they never have the package. Throughout the process, the owner of Postal Plus never try to help me locate my package. They could have misplace it in their store or hand it to the wrong carrier like UPS maybe. All she does is tell me they gave it to USPS mailman and not responsible. How is she not responsible? I paid her to ship the package and she is responsible until USPS have in possession. I will drive a little bit further to an actual USPS, UPS, or Fedex store to ship from now on. read more

At one pont, they were collecting about a dollar for UPS drop offs (since the company charges them for collection per staff), but they have stopped that now.
