Everyone that works here is extremely nice and knowledgeable. They also seem like they enjoy being there and are dedicated to helping the public. We like this little mail store, mainly because even though it's about the same price as a lot of the chain places, it's also locally-owned, so you're keeping your money within the community, and that's one of the things we love about it. They're friendly and cute and small, and if they were just a little bit more affordable I could even give five stars. I've been coming here since they were still located on 43rd St (What's now the new PetSmart location). The lady owner is super friendly and super helpful when it comes to shipping all your packages. Whatever shipper you want to use, you can do it here: UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, etc. You can get boxes and packing materials here also. You can rent mailboxes here and drop off your documents for shredding if you'd like. I think they charge less than $1/lb for shredding service, but don't quote me on that. Only one downside that I can think of: Since it's a one person shop, when there are multiple customers, you'd probably have to wait a little while. However, I've never had to wait a ridiculous amount of time. read more

Post & Mail 4 U is a quick one stop shop for your shipping goods. They offer postal service from USPS, DHL and FedEx, are super quick and very friendly. They even have cards if you forgot your mom's birthday! They also have PO Boxes for rent and you don't have to worry about massive lines and the craziness of the local post office! Probably one of the worst experiences I've ever encountered using any mail service or post office box. I attempted to get in touch with the mailbox located: Post & Mail at 1305 w 11th street Houston TX 77008. It has been brought to my attention that mailbox #3036 and assigned to this email account: xxxxx@xxx was closed today without my authorization and without any notice. Clearly the repercussion of doing this not just for me, since it's my mail, but to close an account in this manner is not only extremely unprofessional but is in breach of regulations set by USPS. Operator Lisa Goss took action against me and the account for reasons I cannot even begin to understand other than her sheer unprofessional manner allowed her to believe she had the right to close the account while i was in the middle of attempting to get them the form the needed from me after 4 weeks quarantined. Throughout the entire weeks long process I have been in constant communication via email with Lisa regarding the difficulty I was having in obtaining a notary publics signature on the form 1585 due to a missing verification line used by notary publics as policy to ensure the authenticity of a document in the eyes of the courts. Along with quarantining due to covit-19 were now becoming major obstacles in completing the form which I have discovered was easily handled by a simple signature in person. This wasn't even mentioned because the office works in cahoots with the notary website, they promote to get you to pay over $30 for something that any bank can do for free. On the final attempt to inform Lisa and virtual mailbox of what was happening Lisa took it upon herself to simply close my account without notice or authorization to do so. I immediately reached out to find out what needed to be done to at the least hold the items that had been delivered to date. I was spoken to like garbage and ignored the majority of the time. To date, over 20 emails back and forth, and they won't hold the only 2 pieces of mail I sent to the address not even as a minor courtesy to me as a customer considering I did nothing wrong and didn't ask that the account be closed. Trust me, if you care about your security, your mail, and simply demand respect as a consumer, DO NOT GET A MAILBOX HERE YOULL REGRET IT read more

This is a great local business. The owner is a nice woman and really knows her customers well. I've had a box there for a year or so, and she checks it for me as I walk up. It would be nice if there were a way to check the box after hours, but that isn't a deal breaker for me. I read another review that mentioned that the hours are a tad fluid ... which I have also found to be true, especially when arriving right at opening. But, I don't really ask the world to run with Swiss watch precision, so I am not too terrible bothered. Plus, the owner is sweet and keeps cookies and stuff out that she gives my little girl when I bring her in. read more

It's pretty reasonable at $15/month and the owner will hold all packages for me with no complaints. The owner has always been very nice and accommodating. If you're a business looking for a virtual mailbox, avoid Post and Mail 4U by any means. My partner signed up for the PO-Box services using Anytime Mailbox. The company requested way too much documentation in addition to what is required by federal law (3rd form of ID and business filing documentation). We missed important client deadlines as a result. This also was brought to our attention only days after submitting notarized documents which were paid for and in accordance to what is required by the USPS according to Anytime Mailbox. I can't help but feel like the company is being prejudiced towards our company and partner, who has a foreign first and last name. read more
