I went in to ship a display back to work in the same box that it was sent to me. Nevertheless, I was being told that because It a Hazmat sticker they couldn't accept it, so I am explaining to the employee all I didn't was recycle the box. So after explaining several times that it wasn't what she was assuming, the box was accepted shipped back. The moral of the story is communication, please.

I have never spent more than 15 minutes waiting in line at this location. They get packed, they have lines, and they run out of space in the store for you to wait in line. But the people have always been very patient, they've been very quick to get you squared away, and I've never had an issue with service, my packages, or anything else. I also highly recommend coming out on a weekday during business hours, not necessarily during rush in the evening or the morning. Late morning, or early afternoon will set you up perfectly for a quick and efficient shipping experience.

I went there to print some yard signs for a business I'm venturing into, and the guys there were very knowledgeable and patient (which is key when you're as indecisive as I am). They helped me design it and worked with me on all the little details. Their prices were very competitive, and they were able to turn it around quicker than the other sign shops I checked out! The price was amazing, initially I didnt want to put my number on the ad; however, one of the gentlemen shows me google voice and now I have an active line I can use just for business.
