I had these people ship a delicate cabinet door. I used them because the AI that I asked…read morespecifically said they were good at shipping delicate items. Well, it arrived at the destination in 4 pieces. And this was after paying a ridiculous amount of money. I asked for the insurance info and they didn't say anything. I've politely asked for them to reimburse the cost and all I get out of them is that they packed it correctly and they aren't responsible. I've seen the pictures from the destination and I believe that a 3rd grader could have done a better job. I asked them again and they continue to say they packed it correctly. Well I guess not since the door arrived in more pieces than it started with. I asked again and they wont respond to my emails. So save yourself some trouble and unless you are shipping rocks don't use these people to ship anything.

I'm looking for mailbox service near my house. So far, nothing to my satisfactory until I found…read moreWest Bellford Postal Center. It is conveniently located on Bellford and South Gessner near Beltway. Shop operator is down to earth friendly and efficient. I think he is the owner. I'm surprised with so many services they offer here. Besides the usual shipping service by USPS, UPS and FedEx, faxing, copying, scanning and printing, they also do ePinting. Just email your file to wbpostalcenter@gmail.com. I came here to return a merchandise but I changed my mind because it costs more than half of product price. I decided to keep it. Mailbox rental rates is lower than others. Monthly is $20 with 3 months minimum and $35 start up fee. People who came here to pick up mails seem to be longtime customers. I drove down from South Gessner seem to be wrong route. I was grumbling the whole way. On the way back to Chinatown, I took Bellford to Beltway. The area seems to be more civilized. I saw Philippines American Community Center, Houston Community College Brays Oak Campus, Emmanuel Church, Raindrop Turkish House and many other worship halls.

Last week I sent my wife to this particular location due to being local for us, I have been there myself and didn't have a problem at all. Unfortunately it did not go the same way for my wife, she received a terrible service with the owner/worker being rude and suggesting to keep the item as he was only going to charge her more to send back to Amazon. Not only that he requested to translate the address as he couldn't verify but was so demanding on it. I understand there is always a fee to send back but to be so rude and telling the customer to just wear it instead of sending it back is unacceptable. If you are having a bad day close the store instead of spreading your anger.

Both ladies that I got in contact with claimed there were no company trucks with their company logo/name on there, however you clearly see the company truck having the company's name as well as a phone number clear as day on the driver door. The first lady that I spoke with said I need to call Cardinal logistics because that's not their company but when I pulled along side of the truck, I clearly see the phone number to their company. So I called the phone number and the same lady answered. I explained to her my safety concern and just wanted to let her know I was reporting the driver to the police. I am disappointed that even the office does not hold their drivers nor company accountable for the reckless driving that occurred at seven in the morning on shepherd going south bound. It's already a lot of traffic and there are laws put in place to avoid collision: putting your signal on ahead of time, merging into lanes safely, etc. The driver of this box truck failed to comply with the law and almost causes a wreck between him and another truck that was in front of me, all because he wanted to get in the right lane to turn right. If you need to do that you need to put your signal on ahead of time to let people know what you are doing and be in the lane in which you need to be in prior to turning!
