Well, it arrived at the destination in 4 pieces. And this was after paying a ridiculous amount of money. I asked for the insurance info and they didn't say anything. I've politely asked for them to reimburse the cost and all I get out of them is that they packed it correctly and they aren't responsible. I've seen the pictures from the destination and I believe that a 3rd grader could have done a better job. I asked them again and they continue to say they packed it correctly. Well I guess not since the door arrived in more pieces than it started with. I asked again and they wont respond to my emails. So save yourself some trouble and unless you are shipping rocks don't use these people to ship anything.

I called around needing a document notarized, and most places no longer offered that service or I needed to coordinate a time around their schedule. Thankfully, The Wrap & Mail Room offers notary at any time (no appointment necessary) and for $6 cash or card. I dropped in and also picked up a cute mother's day card, as they have a cute selection of cards made by a local artist (err, Austin... but it's Texas). They also have gift wrapping services, along with it being a mail room.

Prices were affordable and his service was phenomenal. He definitely had a lot of patience with me. I recommend this business.

I think their pricing is a little on the higher end, considering they aren't Kinko's and it's like a mom and pops spot. They do not have a computer to login and print something if you wanted. You can't fax off yourself. So if you want anything like that done you have to email them your documents and then they will print and fax for you.
