I visit this UPS Store regularly, whether I'm sending packages to family on the East Coast, friends…read moreon the West Coast or, more often, returning something to Amazon. I don't know how the staff does it, but they are always kind and patient with everyone. Steven is especially helpful. I've heard him explain things to other customers, and he takes the time to patiently go over every detail. I've never had a bad experience at this location. Since I take advantage of the free Amazon returns fairly often, I try to give them my other shipping business whenever I can.

I came with a set of strict instructions from the jeweler to maintain the insurance on my package. While this location was unable to accommodate since they didn't carry that exact boxes requested, Steve was super accommodating and pointed me in the direction of the location that would be able to assist. I appreciate the guidance, which saved me from aimlessly roaming Houston in search of this specific box. I've previously been a Fed Ex gal, but when I'm in the area I'll def give them my business!

The employees are very nice and willing to help but it's completely unprofessional that you have to hold the line up to call your boss to ask for pricing! It's really not their faults it's such a mess- a good owner/manager would look ahead for pitfalls and solve them early. The only thing that will help this location is having two separate lines. With only two people working, it's completely unfair to the people who simply need to have their packages scanned for drop off to have to wait 45 minutes in line because someone gets up to the counter and takes FOREVER. I've held my tongue long enough about this store! I'm done coming here. UPS itself needs to upgrade the inside of this store to be bigger, they need to hire more workers, and if they can implement a self-scan station, that will save everyone so much time and frustration.

I've seen the pictures from the destination and I believe that a 3rd grader could have done a better job. I asked them again and they continue to say they packed it correctly. Well I guess not since the door arrived in more pieces than it started with. I asked again and they wont respond to my emails.
