I've had two encounters with this place and both have been reasonable. The lady, Nina is always helpful, quick and conversational. You can definitely tell she remembers the usuals and makes it a point to be friendly and courteous. I think their pricing is a little on the higher end, considering they aren't Kinko's and it's like a mom and pops spot. They do not have a computer to login and print something if you wanted. You can't fax off yourself. So if you want anything like that done you have to email them your documents and then they will print and fax for you. Im not too crazy about that bc if you have sensitive information then this definitely won't work for you. However, they are convenient in a pinch and get the job done. My company drops off packages at this Postal Annex usually every day or every other day, I did it for the first time last month and I apparently put them in the wrong place as it was my first time and when I walked in I had Fed-ex packages and I thought I put them by the door but the rude ass African American woman that works there asked me if I knew where to put them and very rude and obnoxious way told me it goes by the pole in the back of the room, so I picked it up my stuff and I guess I looked a little pissed and stunned that someone would be that rude to a customer. So I got them all out and as I was walking out that I didn't have to have an attitude and I told her you don't have to be a bitch. So today my spouse went and dropped a package and she was just as rude and condescending as she was to me. My spouse is not as nice as I am and told her completely off! If I had a choice I wouldn't go by the place anymore but it's our only location to drop off Fed-Ex when we miss our driver. Just thought I would warn everyone about this location. I feel if she doesn't like her job, quit and go somewhere else!! read more

I needed to drop of a package and wanted to be in an out. Upon entering, there was only one worker and one customer in the store so I was not waiting long. I needed to print out a return label and noticed that there were no computers. It was my turn to be serviced and apparently you are charged for everything. Need to print? There's a fee. Need to email your label to the store? That's a fee. Need your box taped? That's a fee. Not to mention if you want to use your card, you have to spend a minimum of $5. I personally wasn't too pressed about it considering I wanted to be in and out. I can see how it can be inconveniencing to most but I was in a fairly good mood today. The lady that was working there was very meek and non conversational. I was fine with that since I didn't feel like talking anyways. I recommend this place if you want to be in and out and need a quick service. I cannot speak on P.O. Boxes or any other services that are provided there but my overall experience was fairly pleasant. I definitely will return especially since it's close to my residence. read more

I have been waiting 2 months for the keys to my PO Box. We came in 3 different times to pick up keys and was told the last time not to come in again until she (the owner) called us. I called today to ask for a refund and was refused. She said she did not tell me to wait until she called us (I guess she's calling me a liar - but I know what I heard!). The African American lady behind the counter was absolutely horrendous at this particular location to say the least. She absolutely likes everyone to know where packages go as soon as you walk in the door even if it your first time this was very alarming to me as she started to pick up a very mean attitude when I could not figure it out right away. Also the fact that I can read multiple other reviews that explain a similar situation happening to others makes me realize that this store doesn't give much care about customer experience and they haven't for years. Once I had figured out where the packages go I set them in the bin and expected them to be scanned same day as it was very urgent that I got a receipt and an email confirming my packages were dropped off, instead the lady told me she could not scan those in until next day. The moral of the story is if you want something done by a grown adult that doesn't act like a child I would suggest you do not go to this store read more

I arrived right at 6pm as they were closing and the lady working there was more than happy to stay open a few more minutes so I could ship my items. Do not go here for anything that needs to look professional. The space was a mess, the staff was not knowledgeable about the equipment, and there was no sense of urgency. The inefficiencies in the operation were blamed on me for not being patient with them after having waited 30 minutes for them to figure out how to print a color copy. I actually had to solve the problem they were experiencing for them, and then when I finished printing my own medium, the page came out bent and folded. I'm out. I'll never use ANY Postal Annex again based off this experience of sloppiness and non professionalism. read more

I recently moved to gleannloch (about 3 months ago). I have a small business, so in the last few months I started taking packages to Postal Annex. I was told in a certain section to drop off FedEx boxes and another section to drop off UPS boxes and another USPS packages. Today as I'm dropping off a FedEx package, I drop off the package in the area that I had been previously instructed to put them. I put it in front of one side of a post that had FedEx items on both sides. The woman behind the counter said to me in a condescending way, where do you think that package is supposed to go? I said it's FedEx, I don't know, you tell me. She said no you tell me you come Here everyday. I said this is where they told me to put FedEx. She told me it has to be on the other side of the post since its ground(apparently overnight is on one side of the pole) . She then claimed if I had it on the wrong side of the pole FedEx wouldn't pick up my package. I just simply said okay and saluted her as I went out the door. I know she makes $ from all the packages that I drop off every other day so I'm wondering why a manager or owner or even employee of that business would talk so condescendingly , so rudely to a customer. I've never talked to her really, just go about my business, drop and go, so I'm completely baffled by the attitude. Additionally, frequently I have waited during a week day morning for this place to open and the same rude woman was late opening up (according to the store hours on the door). One man also waiting couldn't wait any longer and left (taking his business elsewhere). read more
