They don't like to work and will give you the run around to make the process harder then it should be

Been visiting this store for years. Service used to be friendly, welcoming, helpful. Not anymore - just surly, or matter of fact at best , do what you came to do, get out. On top of that, $1 for a strip of packing tape? Is UPS hurting so much that it cannot hire friendly people and also must nickel and dime customers to make the bottom line? This place is rather conveniently located, hence I choose to go there. In terms of customer service (or lack there of), my list of "unfavorites" in the area is growing. read more

Amiyah (hope I spelled that right!) was incredibly kind and patient. I came into the store without the correct shipping information, but she remained helpful throughout the process. Once I got the required details, she processed my packages quickly and had me out the door in minutes. his UPS store has terrible service! I needed to print an Amazon label, and they charged me $3 per hour just to use their computer, plus the printing fee. On top of that, the owner--who wasn't even there--had to provide a code for them to print it. It took them 15 minutes just to print one label. I'm never coming back! read more

I have been over paying these folks to ship my items for years now. As of today I won't be making those mistakes again. The "rules" on packaging, labeling, taping change with the wind. They have gotten to a point it's just nickel and diming for an extra couple bucks. Employees used to be kind and now they just don't give a $&@!. The lady working there the morning of December 21st was rude and was refusing to accept my Amazon return. First, she said it wasn't in it's original shipping box. I told her that it came in an envelope which I threw away, that's why I packed it in this box. She insisted there was nothing she could do and that she would not take it. I showed her my email and the shipping instruction on the Amazon website stating that it needed to be in a box with no shipping labels on it. It said nothing about being in the original shipping container. Then, she said that my box was not a shipping box! What?! It's a box. It was a smaller box and she said if a 50 lb box gets set on top of it, it might get damaged. I said I was willing to take that chance and people ship boxes of this size all the time. That box was used to ship something to me. She was not helpful, she was rude and dismissive nor was anything she said true. I absolutely will not return to thls location. read more

I have been to many UPS stores, but this is the only one that will simultaneously charge you 8 dollars for a padded envelope and then also charge you a dollar for taping a package shut. They do this with a straight face and get defensive when you complain. If you want a bad customer experience shipping something, go to USPS. If you want a bad customer experience AND get ripped off, come to this store. Should have just walked to Kroger and bought the envelope and tape, which would have been cheaper. If I have to use UPS, I actually drive a few miles further to a different one, just because this one is so bad. read more

No STARS I came to print some color flyers, something I have done at numerous UPS Stores. After being greeted by two women who gave the impression that customers are a hassle to have in their store, I was informed that I can not email an order to them nor could I print color flyers on the single printer copier machine they have. Why advertise that you can print when you can't? What they are good at was delivering a bad attitude. They should be happy they work somewhere that allows that because no decent business would keep employees like them. read more

I rushed today to get there by 3:30 and made in with a few minutes to spare to mail off two packages for my business. I walked in there and they had been closed for a while! What gives?? Why state store hours online if you are just going to close up shop early? I carried two VERY heavy packages thinking they would go out on the last Saturday shipment, but instead, I was surprised by a gated office. Now I have to wait until Monday to ship off my packages, which negatively affects my business. read more

I have been a customer of this UPS store for over 15 years. The service is outstanding. Jackie is always very helpful as is all of the other staff. I am there at least every other day to pick up my mail and I am always greeted with a smile from someone on the staff. When I have special things done, they always get them done correctly. Jackie is absolutely awful. I ship a lot through UPS and USPS. Every time I come here she has an attitude. Today she completely went off at me. She has no customer service skills and show massive attitude and is extremely rude. I'll get FEDEX account and will start shipping through them. Can't imagine how Jackie is still employed at that store. I had multiple people complained about her. I will make sure to let know as many people as possible on social media, local Whatsapp groups of my experience & will make sure that no one amongst my circle give you business as long as Jackie is there. read more

ZERO! I have been a regular customer here for several years, both personally and for our company, No More! They have never been stellar, but today they hit a new Low. After waiting in line to mail an item, I provided the girl my phone number for my account to be pulled up. She rudely ordered me to show my ID as if I were a common criminal, and went on to advise me it was "company policy". At this point I turned and went to the US Post Office and mailed my item. (No ID needed) Going forward we will use FedEx. As of today our new "company policy" is that we no longer use this UPS store! read more

Despite ups policy noting otherwise, they refused to ship a Steiner dbal optic because it was a "firearm part". They refused to listen to their own policy and said that their owner, who franchises, told them they can't ship ANY gun part. This is a flashlight/laser that CAN go on a rifle. Lost my business forever due to their woke and arbitrary policies. Good riddance. read more

Friendly, personable staff that will help you with all your shipping needs. I stopped in with an unusual request. I had an eventful youth and had purchased several swords when visiting the Texas Renaissance Festival, they'd been in storage for years and I was finally able to sell them on ebay and needed to ship them. The staff at the store were able to build a box for the unusual dimensions and wrap each sword to protect them,however; they were not allowed to ship them. I had to go to the regular post office for that, but they helped explain the process and reason why. I've gone back several times and will continue to revisit this store to utilize their services. read more

Going from owner to dependent, they are all irresponsible and negligent. It's the careless service I've ever received. I requested an specific and clear detailed service that still from March until today July (4 months), missing package and no one seems to care or have interest to solve it. Defendant mistake and owner refused to confront or either reply their security camera to confirm all my specifications. This have costed me $154,000. Everyone washed their hands as the most comfortable to go for. Would never recommend anyone to visit this location. read more

This UPS Store mishandled a reimbursement from UPS for a damaged shipment. They did not contact us as a claimant when UPS paid them. They never reimbursed us for the loss even though the claim was filed under our UPS account. The store is very slow to respond to inquiries and only replies to emails with one sentence replies. I would recommend using another UPS Store if you are concerned about potential damage in your shipment. read more
