Yesterday I had three items being returned to Amazon, that had been delivered in the same box the day before. All three items were in the original packaging and in the same box. Today I found that only one item had been returned to Amazon. This same issue ensued two months ago, and after almost 30 days of trying to resolved, Amazon refunded me my money despite saying that this UPS store never sent the item back. I had to drive back to this UPS store and a boy by the name of Issaih basically told me there was nothing he could do about it and told me to have a nice day. He was arrogant. I then tried to show him his receipt that he had given me the day before, and he wasn't interested in seeing it. He repeated that I should give it time. When I said that one of the three items made it back to Amazon, he said there was nothing he could do. He never offered to check to see if the items were still there. He repeated, "Have a nice day". I then asked for the manager and was told her name is Anna and she isn't there. I called Amazon a second time and they offered to refund my money despite not having received notice that the items were being returned. I don't know if they are stealing the packages and claiming that they didn't know anything, but despite having a receipt, Issaih was unwilling to investigate where my package it. This store pales in comparison to the store at Creekside. The employees are not engaged and their training is suspect. If you want a positive experience and ability to complete your transaction in a seamless fashion avoid this location. read more

Terrible customer service. The guy that looks like he's 16 years old is condescending. I pushed the door to leave and the door was not working properly. He said push, the door says push. I pushed harder and finally the door worked. It's been twice that he acted this way. The other time he scolded me to that I used my tape for my packaging. I just wanted it to be secured. There 5 stars are strictly for the representative who helped me today, AMBRE H! I had a load of Amazon returns and she processed them seamlessly. I had one that was too large for me to bring inside and she came out out my truck and helped me load it while her colleague took care of the other customers inside the store. She exhibited true customer service today and I appreciate it! The worst customer service I have experienced!!! I was asked to get my papers notarized somewhere else due to not accepting the way the cashier was talking to me!!! Not one time did I get loud or out of character with this young lady!!! I just simple stated that I didn't appreciate how she was talking to me!!! She refused to give me numbers to corporate or her manage!!!! To add insult on top of everything else I was the only African American woman in the store st the time!!! read more

I showed up for my appointment with the Notary & I was told that the Notary was at another UPS location that was busy. I asked the clerk to call that store & ask if he was going to come back to make the appointment. I was told that the Notary said "it's always best to call ahead of the appointment" to make sure he is there. Really? I had an e-mail from UPS with a confirmation number & everything. The e-mail even has a link for me to click if I need to change the appointment. Very unprofessional for the Notary to even imply I should have done more to confirm the appointment. I just made the appointment the day before! I shouldn't have to call ahead of a confirmed anything. read more

I've been using this location to drop packages often and I have always had great service. It's usually a quick smooth drop off. No hassle what so ever. Just dropped off a package that was not taped. I ran out of tape at home and needed to get this package out ASAP. I asked the associate to tape my package. Two pieces of tape on each side to ensure it's secured. She did it once on each side and when I asked for a second layer of tape she said it wasn't allowed and that I would be charged for a roll. I stated how interesting that rule was and her comment was "Rules are rules." How ridiculous! read more

Didn't think I'd ever feel the need to review the UPS store but I went there this morning to drop off some packages. I realized after looking at their hours on the door that they were not set to open for another 30 minutes and started walking off. Apparently someone inside had seen me, unlocked the doors, and came after me to make sure I was helped. They took the deliveries despite the fact that they were not officially open. Saved me a second trip so thank you. It's the little things sometimes and takes people that see what they do as more than just a job. read more

This is the worst business I've ever dealt with. Don't trust them with anything. They will lie to you, and the manager never returns his messages. Not to mention, he is rarely ever there. The manager was called by his customer service rep while I was there to get instructions on how to handle this shipping of this iPhone to Italy where my daughter was studying abroad. I was never told that my daughter would be charged over 150.00 to get the phone from customs in Italy. We paid 650.00 for the insurance on this phone and roughly 160.00 to ship. Once my daughter paid the customs fee it was delivered to her and the box only had the case, so the phone was stolen out of it and the box was taped back up. After a week long investigation, UPS determined we should get a full refund for our insurance and shipping back. So I was told at that point by said CSR that I would receive my check in three days. After three days I call in and was told, "oh he made a mistake, it's going to be an additional 7-10 days". So I waited the additional seven days, and I left two more messages for Manager to call. He finally calls and said, "I just filled out the paperwork and it will be another 7-10 days. I was very upset at this point, but I decided to wait. Waited those 10 days and then after calling them again, I am told by the same CSR that they are now requiring proof of purchase from T Mobile, as if they don't believe I bought it in the first place. After calling their corporate I was told that they requested this paperwork roughly three weeks earlier; yet I was never asked for this until now. So I send that over, and I am told it could be another 5-10 days. I was told by their Corporate offices that they have approved my claim and that this store should have already cut me my check. So apparently this management just doesn't want to pay the claim. I am shocked that the Woodlands Chamber of Commerce is promoting this horrible business here. My next move if I don't receive the check today is to contact the Woodlands Chamber of Commerce, the Better Business Bureau, and if need be, I will be taking them to small claims court. I am tired of being given the runaround, and enough is enough. I repeat, "DON"T EVER USE THIS BUSINESS"! read more
