I have never had a problem with this location. I find that they are fast and friendly. Sometimes not so friendly but not mean just busy or you can tell it's a mundane type of job. I feel like if you're prepared and ready for your return, they are willing and ready to assist you. Sometimes the Lynee can get along. I do wish at those times they would move a little faster. However, I know they're also waiting on the computer and electronics to work. Overall, it's one of my favorite places to utilize. read more

A package recently shipped and insured with UPS was not received. After requesting a reimbursement, I was contacted via email from UPS that the case had been reviewed and denied. I contacted the store to express my unhappiness and they reimbursed me the next day. The manager was kind and helpful. This is the store that I will use to ship anything via UPS in the future. read more

If I could give a zero review I would. Do NOT ship from this store. I shipped a package to my son in Atlanta, and it was "damaged" in shipping. Not this store fault, however, trying to find my item, which was not "lost, but "damaged" has been a complete joke. Renee at the store could not have been less put out by having to "hold for over 30 minutes", despite the fact that I too was on hold, being cut off, and navigating the UPS "customer service" or lack there off purgatory myself. Used to go here quite a bit (2016-2021) and the service was good if not average, which is fine. The girl that used to work there was professional, but you could tell she didn't like working there. Sometime this past year they hired a gal with an attitude problem. Makes me wonder if management is the issue. In either case, I'm not going back and I suggest you avoid the place. read more

Do yourself a favor and go to another UPS store. I dropped an Amazon item to be returned. I have the receipt they gave me and it just says "labeled created". The girl on the phone stated that with Amazon sometimes they send stuff back individually and sometimes it goes into a "box" and they do not send the "box" till it reached a certain limit. Here is the kicker, they can't tell you if your item is in the box? So they retrieve your item, it could go into this box and then they have no tracking of it after that? All while Amazon holds your refund money. Makes no sense. read more

Extremely rude staff. It is almost impossible to ever stop by and get anything done without any of the really young girls behind the counter being extremely rude or careless. I've been to multiple locations and this one has really got to go. Do not waste your time and stop here. The manager/owner is condescending to women and children and I will not go again. He was cold when speaking to his employees and me. My children were looking at greeting cards and he said, "Ma'am, they are taking the cards out." I replied with, "Yes, they are looking at the cards." He then said, "We will have to put them back," to which I relied that they are putting them back as they look at them. It was a non issue. He clearly just doesn't want children looking at the greeting cards because a person would never say this to an adult looking at cards the exact same way. He has a sign requiring masks for patrons and his employees, but he doesn't wear one himself. That's fine, but take the sign down then. On the plus side, I was able to walk in and get my documents notarized right away. Good thing because the manager made me want to leave the store and not return. read more

GO ELSEWHERE save yourself! I have been battling back and forth trying to recover a print I sent for my moms birthday, the frame was completely shattered and ever since I have not had any help finding the actual print inside. I was told numerous times it was not in store even when I would go in person to find out today that it had been there the WHOLE TIME! I have had two customer service agents who did their best to assist me anytime I called or went in. The problem lies with the atrocious lack of respect and customer service from THE OWER ALI. He is the worst kind of owner he has absolutely no care for anyone or anything AND TRIED TO PIN the issues on the employees instead of taking responsibility and attempting to solve the issue. Literally hung up on me after refusing to help just kept telling me to call back tomorrow and speak with the young girl who had been helping me. He needs to be replaced ASAP. I pray his employees see his disgusting lack of care and take and make it an example of what NOT to do as an employee much less the employer. I will be contacting corporate to report him and hope to save any employees he may try to pin fault on. *take note that this review is mainly about ALI the owner because although my property was completely destroyed and I have been trying so hard to resolve the issue for months the problem truly is him, his lack of care and disrespect for others property will ensure a percentage of horrendous customer service experiences. I paid $38 to have some papers overnighted to my daughter and they did not arrive until 6 days letter. This caused her to miss her trip to Cancun and they would not refund us. They got lost and put on the wrong truck. These were really important and irreplaceable papers. Just disgusting! read more

This UPS store is a joke! there customer service is severally lacking from the top down. left serval messages for the Manager to call me concerning an insurance calm, and he never seems to be "in the office" as told to me by one employee. it shouldn't take 13 phone calls to try to talk with a manager. they have been nothing but a major problem to deal with, and even UPS corporate said they've had problems and complaints with this particular store. don't waste your time using this location. read more

I had a $3000 music instrument rerouted to be hold at this UPS location as I couldn't be home the day it was supposed to get delivered and signature obviously was required. According to UPS side there is no surcharge for that service. Original delivery date was Friday, on Monday an email from UPS advise me the package was incorrectly sorted which caused a delay. Ok, happens. Tuesday I receive an email my package should deliver today by the end of the day. I stopped at the store to inquire about my packet, as I give my name the employee responds without looking package is not here. OK... I leave her tracking number and phone number and she will call as soon as it arrives. Wednesday same email... no package. Thursday same email, followed later by a delivery confirmation, no phone call. I stop at the store to check, your package still has not arrived, euh excuse me but I received a confirmation and someone signed for it, would you please check !!! It's a large package, oh she finds it and brings it upfront and drops it on the floor (not gently) and asked me to pay $10.00!! Why supposed to be free according to UPS site, no there is a $10.00 charge for holding the package! Paid and left, I'll never reroute a package to this place again! FedEx is far more reliable than UPS and allows to have your package held at Walgreens at no charge!! read more

If I could rate lower, I would. I have worked in retail 17 years and understand things happen that can misconstrue how things are communicated. But this place is full of AWFUL attitudes and unwillingness to help resolve the issue. I came here to do an Amazon return and the QR code was not work. This is not UPS stores fault (so i thought.) HOWEVER, the attitude the girl had while assisting me was absolutely awful. She was clearly very annoyed and just pushed my box to the side while giving me a "look." There was no one else in the store so no reason to push me aside. I went to my car to contact Amazon customer service. Customer service actually informed me the reason the code was saying already used was because the UPS agent scanned the code twice! I have only left one bad review in my 30 years. This time I went out of my way to download yelp to leave this review because i was truly blown away at the awful service received. read more

Go to a different UPS store! Never again, I'll just drive a couple of mins farther to the store on 2920 and Kuykendahl. Needed to ship medication and controller to my husband the young Hispanic lady that was helping me was very polite and helpful the problem was with her coworker w the stupid mushroom tattoo. I walked in w the items (no box) and the Hispanic lady was measuring and weigh items to tell me about how much it was going to be. I had asked her to confirm they would wrap and box everything and the mushroom tattooed girl replied "yeah not for free" well no shit!? I don't expect the box to be free like I don't expect you to ship it for free as well! She wasn't even the one helping me nor was I talking to her! Then an older lady decided to put her two cents in as well... you need a bigger box for all the wrapping/ blubber wrap I was already paying for a 8x8 box. I'm guessing she is probably the manager or the owner of that store. Anyways the older lady looked sour like the girl helping me was undercharging me or something. It seems like they just wanted me to get a bigger box for no reason to charge me more. I won't ever go back there again!!! Apparently when you walk in on Friday to have just a small letter delivered next day (Saturday) and he says no problem and charges you $76.00, next day doesn't mean next day as promised. Dishonest tactics to increase costs. Paid $3 to print 3 black and white pages. Their copier does not support print jobs from a USB like Fedex so tacked on a $2.50 computer use charge, only disclosed after printed. Even smaller stores like Ship n More and PostNet print for no more than 25 cents from a USB. I shared my complaint via email, with no response. I will never return to this location. read more

Then told me they would not reimburse me if my guitar got broke while it was being shipped unless I payed extra for the insurance. This place is a rip off. Since they are a franchise they try and nickel and dime you every chance they get. I had a package shipped there from a retailer and they wanted me to pay an additional $10 to pick it up. So I called the retailer and he explained it to the cashier and said "as long as there is a DTR sticker on it (direct to retail) it's no charge." She said there was no sticker and forced me to pay just to pick up a package. When I got in the car I looked and there was a DTR sticker on it. Right above the label. She lied to the retailer to get an extra $10. read more

I know these stores are franchises and I believe every business deserves to make a profit, but not that much. Maybe their theory is to charge whatever the traffic will stand. I received a package in February that was delivered to the store in December according to FedEx records. They acted like it was my fault for not knowing it was there.
