The actual battery size was 15.31×9.84×7.64 . It was inside the original box with packing . So the actual dimension with the box is possibly 2" bigger ( LxWxD). I called around needing a document notarized, and most places no longer offered that service or I needed to coordinate a time around their schedule. Thankfully, The Wrap & Mail Room offers notary at any time (no appointment necessary) and for $6 cash or card. I dropped in and also picked up a cute mother's day card, as they have a cute selection of cards made by a local artist (err, Austin... but it's Texas). They also have gift wrapping services, along with it being a mail room.

As I was explaining the details, the girl cuts me off and asks for the tracking number. (Lacks Professionalism) She said that the tracking number wasn't showing in her system. I inquired about other Pak & Ship locations within her vicinity. She said that there was one down the street. She gave me the number. The number was to FedEx and not to another PAK & Ship store. It is a very good thing that I do not live in Texas. A report would have been sent to the State Attorney General. From reviewing other complaints, it appears that this location lacks efficiently.

Didn't give options available for mailing items. Also didn't provide a UPS receipt for tracking. Was told to take a picture of the mailing info attached to the box. I don't mind supporting small businesses but they weren't the friendliest and the speed was slow. Seems like a nice established community business but needs improvements, especially in the customer service front.

I was concerned when Farmers Disposal I was so pleased with the service. They allowed up to 5 trash cans, which was really important to us. Then Country Corridor Disposal bought them out and it went badly from the beginning. Very disorganized transfer, billing issues, missed pickups and impossible to get in touch with. This company was very quick to communicate an additional fee, but I learned from the tag on my trash can today they changed the can allowance to two. That does not work for us so I requested a refund for the remainder of the quarter, which of course they won't honor. It is really hard to find decent, honest trash service in this area it seems. Stay away from this company!​

When they first started picking up our trash, they specifically told me that their employees did NOT pick up the actual trash can - they said everything should be in bags inside the can and the employees would pick the trash out of there. This rule, according to them, is because of potential back injuries. Their employees recently tore the lid of our trash can and I sent a video of it plus a snapshot to Taylor at Country Corridor. They told me it would cost ME $80 to replace it. They didn't take responsibility for their employee causing the damage to my lid. I asked to have a supervisor call me but of course no one ever did. I have also asked to cancel my service 2 months ahead of our pre-paid time and was told they don't issue refunds unless it is due to a move. This is nothing but a scam to be able to keep a customer's money. A move has absolutely nothing to do with giving a customer a refund due to unsatisfactory service. This place is A LOT higher than the other trash disposal companies out there and they are certainly NOT worth the price. I would never do business with them again and would never recommend them either.
