A month after I sent a $500 item for return I hadn't got my money back but I had lost my tracking receipt. Thankfully the guy ( I'm sorry I forget names) was super helpful. I was asking for a tracking number. He's like, hey I'll send you my confirmation that they got it. THANKS! All he asked is I write a good review. I needed a sign in a hurry and these guys were reasonable and offered a quality product. They will definitely see me as a return customer.

Accidently put one star it should be zero. This is the worst packing place do not use them. They wanted to charge me $70 something for UPS but I said my buyer paid for parcel select which is 1/3 the cost. They told me packaging was $10 and it would be $29.95 total to ship. That was fine. I called two days later and they had not even shipped. My buyer messages me a few days later and said the vintage cardboard playset was totally broken in several places when they received it. THESE PEOPLE DIDN'T EVEN USE A REAL BOX. The box they sent it in was the thickness of a file folder. I called them to rectify the situation and they kept screaming that I didnt want to pay more for the UPS. I've sent several of these playsets through USPS and they all arrived there perfectly. It wasn't the postal service it was the flimsy box they used. I had to reimburse my buyer and now I have to have credit card company refund the money. What a nightmare. read more

Customers beware! Drop off a USPS return package to Amazon on 12/28/17. No receipts are given for any postal package, which should have been my first flag, but have brought other mailings there and never thought about the what if. Well the package disappeared (never was received by the postal service, no record in their system). Well after a 1-1/2 weeks of no record of the package in the US Postal system I returned to the store to inquire about could the package have been removed by someone. Well the owner's answer to me was, I insulted him to think that a package left in his store would disappear. I left this in his custody, and it is not picked up so what happen to it? He even suggested that I didn't leave it there. "Don't bring anything anymore to him, take it to the post office" was his response. I'm now on the hook for a $175 item I in good faith was returning to the Amazon store. This store owner will take no responsibility for lost items. Will not do business with this store again. E.P. Since my prior review, I have not had any problems with this place and it's easy enough to drop in to mail packages.

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not do business with this store!!!! The owner and his father are clueless and just out to make money. As of right now, I have no idea where my package is other than its not where it's supposed to be. After this review, my next stop is filing a complaint with the BBB. read more
