When you visit this UPS location you understand why the company is cutting 48k jobs. The manager, Brittney, is nowhere to be found. Disappears for hours while customers with scheduled appointments wait. The only employee in the store, Cheyenne, is rude and incompetent. She lied 3 times while talking to me and when I called her out on it she said "it is what it is". AI can easily take over both jobs with lesser dissatisfaction to clients and no FICA taxes for UPS. read more

They do not answer the phone during business hours. I called six times throughout the morning, without an answer. Each time that I called, it sent me to a voicemail that was full, so I couldn't even leave a message. I've had this exact same issue with their sister store a while ago. read more

in my experience at this store, if you're not the preferred race, then you wait. If you are the preferred race, then you are helped. At least that was my experience yesterday. So I walk in, the black female worker is in the back doing something. No biggie. She pokes her head out a few times and see me. Another worker is helping a customer. Then a lady walks in. I guess she's the preferred race, because the female worker in the back immediately comes to help her. They both know I was there first. They act all sheepish like oh oops. but it's clearly half hearted. So I let the preferred customer do her meter mailing for 1.25. I mean.. why not... me being the oppressor and all. LOL. So finally I get helped by this female worker. I mean how audacious of me to be annoyed by being cut in line so she rolls her eyes at the other customer (preferred race) being helped. They laugh... I finally get her attention. She tells me my package to 94122 will be 80 dollars by Friday. Monday its 80 dollars and end of next week its 80.00. She suggests I send it USPS. I'm picking up what she's putting down, she doesn't want my business So I leave. I go up the street to postal annex. There I am told the UPS price for Friday is 23.00 Fed Ex is 25.00 So I go with Fed Ex. Screw UPS. I hope you go out of business. read more

I dropped my package off to be returned with the label printed the box needed to be taped. I walked in and set it on the counter and she said it's going to be a dollar to tape it. No problem, i told her i didn't walk in with my purse let me run to the car to get a dollar. I had no attitude didn't question it, I just didn't realize. She proceeded to say as im walking out "it's on the label instructions" very condescending tone. I just felt it was rude and unnecessary. If I had argued or given attitude I would totally say the response was necessary but was a negative interaction for no reason. read more

We've been to this location a couple of times and have found friendly service each time. They are located in the same shopping location as the HEB. Their store name does blend in with the paint on the buildings (white on a light grey can make it easy for you to miss them ), but they're a small shop easy enough to get to. Every time we've come in, we've been greeted right away. Most times it's us getting in and out. Only had one issue where I was overcharged at one of the kiosks, but I got that handled. A simple return to Amazon Prime is always so easy when I choose the Print Label at UPS Store option. Everytime I do this with Amazon Prime and drop the package off with the UPS store, I seem to be in and out in less than five minutes. This time was no different. The best thing is that as soon as Amazon gets notification that the label has been printed and scanned for your account, the credit gets added to my account almost immediately. It happens long before they actually receive the merchandise. This is a much easier way to do things if you have an Amazon Prime account and want to make quick and easy returns. read more

I dont usually write reviews but today I HAVE to. I came to this UPS store to return my Spectrum equipment. When I got there the female worker, not sure what her name is, she was Indian though, was already in a bad mood. I told her I was there to return equipment and she proceeds to do whatever she has to do on the computer, then says that there's an error, tried again and same thing. So I call spectrum and they verify the serial numbers for my equipment and so I go back to the counter and at this point, another associate, Andres takes a try at it and got it to work. Not sure what he did differently cause it looked all the same but he gave me my receipt. The lady comes from the back and asks what Spectrum had told me and I told her that they wanted the box scanned and she rudely says "Thats what I did, TWICE" She's so unprofessional, has a really bad attitude and I'm really not sure how she works customer service like that. As for the other employee, he seemed so helpful to all the other people he assisted and was great with me so thankyou to Andres. read more

I was sitting on the computer for more than 1 hour because the machine wasn't work properly and he never went to help me, after 1 hour it was another young guy came by to help me. Looked at my receipt and I now know why my shipping is ALWAYS higher from this location. They will not only charge for tape but sneak a box charge in on you as well. Did not ASK if I wanted a sealed box repacked but charged me for the box and never even mentioned it. If this happens with every customer they'll make an extra $5-10 per transaction. I am a frequent user of UPS Stores, but this particular location is consistently horrible in customer service. Even dropping off a pre-labeled and pre-paid package leaves you feeling like you did something wrong. The workers at this location are rude, unfriendly, and seem uninterested in speaking. Also, they have the store's email address posted on the UPS website, but after I emailed them some documents, the employees informed me they do not accept email. Several other UPS stores I frequent do accept email, as listed on their respective UPS websites. I was also informed that this location does not accept the UPS Key Savings card when I attempted to use it. I found this strange as this is the only location that refused to accept my UPS Key Savings card. Lastly, as others on here have noted in their reviews, the store hours that are posted on the door are incorrect or employees are not opening when they are supposed to. They allegedly open at 900am on Saturdays, but they were closed when I came by. One could infer from them not opening on time and having unfriendly employees these are indicators that the workers do not care. read more

Went in today i needed help being able to print my VA Disability Papers , there were no visible instructions telling you how to use their equipment. I was behind a man who had to try at least 9 times to get his paperwork done. When it was my turn I asked for help and a young man came over , the only thing he did was click on the icon on the screen to bring up the page. He immediately walked away , there were no other customers at the store at that time. Everything was going so slow and I wasn't getting the help I asked for I was hurting so badly and getting so frustrated I just had to walk out. When I called the store to get information to file a complaint I asked if it was a corporate or private store, the young lady I talked to informed me that the young man who walked away and didn't want to help me was infact the owner of that location. I went there today 11/4/21, the services was awful. They charge $2.50 to use computer, .50¢ per minute on computer and .50¢ per page. I needed to print a label since I never use UPS before. I didn't know that I had to print it myself. I asked the guy if he could print it. He said no, use the computer. I didn't know how to use the computer. He click on internet icon and I have to pay to use the internet too, which is too much already. I got frustrated but paid anyway. When I swipe my card, it didn't go through so idk what going on. I talked to the guy and he said he couldn't help if he doesn't know what going on either. Like wtf, you should know how to solve any issues in the workplace. I left the store. As I got in my car, I checked to see if my money still in card. It's gone. $10 gone. I didn't even get to use the computer for a min and transaction didn't go through. This place a mess! Several times I have had to call on UPS to handle marketing & shipping needs, both. Happy to say these guys have earned my repeat business. No longer do I concern my with running back & forth to the post office and more importantly it's nice having peace of mind that comes w/ having UPS serving me & my clients. read more

This place is only good for drop off when your item already has packaging and the label prepaid. They will even try and charge you for the free ups envelopes. Go to staples or the post office instead. There's individual ups stores struggle to stay afloat and will Nickel and dime you, even for things they should not charge for. read more

Walked in, said I need to print a page and copy off my flash drive which printer do I use. I told no this is how we do it now, via computer. Just put your credit card in. Look it up bank account in the evening and UPS Store holds $20.00 capture on my account for $2.00 charge. WTF !!! No explanation ...nothing by guy helping me.. I am in complete disbelief... I have been going here for a year and lately I have been having issues with one employee... A kid that works in the UPS store, named Austin, just told me to kiss his ass and to get the F out of his store, while other customers were in there! He said if not he would call the cops on me for trespassing (which he did but I was in H-E-B) This is the same kid who charged my daughter $5 to pick up a pkg a month ago (Corporate said it's free service) and he called my daughter (a highly educated young adult) an idiot when she questioned the charge. He used the words "you people" as he was telling me to Shut the F up. They expect you to leave over $200 of merchandise (small items) just in a pile on the counter and walk out, after paying over $30 for packaging. I said I wanted to see it at least in the box and that didn't seem to be anything she was willing to accommodate. She went ahead and packed it, strangely, taking it to a back room and I was not allowed to witness anything concerning the packaging. WHAT ARE THEY HIDING? Other shipping stores pack it right on the counter in front of you. It took about 15 minutes to pack it and I was the only customer in the store. Before I could even ask him he immediately said I am not a computer technician. With all due respect if you were you would not be working as a shipping clerk.
