I have a small business and regularly have to ship products, have items sent for me, or just drop off my mail at a secure location. I can't overstate what a pleasure it is to manage all of this with the people at Parcel Plus in Cypress, TX. James, Emily, and the rest of the staff are knowledgeable, efficient, and reliable and always greet their customers with a friendly word and a smile. I know there are a lot of locations out there who offer similar services, but I go out of my way to see the friendly folks there, and certainly recommend them to you! Bill U read more

Staff is incredibly helpful, offering alternatives that make outbound deliveries more efficient and economical. They work hard to get to know you by name and never forget a face. They are also quick to help you load inbound packages to your car, when needed, and without being asked. Accurate, efficient, and the very best of services for your money. read more

Higher qualification. Great price. Friendly service great people to work for highly recommended. One good service company are hard to come by this one. read more

We've used this place many times for their postal and notary services. The staff has always been great and welcoming.... However this time I went in for a notary service and the young lady asked her coworker for help. The gentleman came out from the back and was immediately accusatory and quite rude to me in front of my young son. We will not ever return to this business for any future needs. read more

Only came to this location because it's really close to home. Went on July 5th to have forms notarized and mailed off. Got there around the time of opening. No one was in the store. The cashier had to wait for Robert (the notary) to come out of the bathroom. Guess he was reading a book is what she kept saying. New that would be a sign. Definitely should've left! But we waited at least 10-15 mins more while he was still "using the bathroom". Finally I asked how much longer it would be because I was tired of waiting! She finally decides to text him. He comes out. The issue is we paid for paperwork to get notarized and it was already had a prepaid envelope. I placed the forms myself int the envelope and sealed it. So they literally just had to send them out. Found out 8 days later, my mortgage company never received the forms!! Guess they just through it to the side! Not the issue of $12 just pissed because this is what people are doing now!!!! Don't use this place!!! Too many other in the area!!! read more

Parcel Plus - Receipt just in case they claim it's a lie! Smh - Notaries Near Me - Cypress, Texas

Had to do a lot of bulk last-minute printing and chose Parcel Plus for it's convenient location close to an upcoming appointment. I've rarely had friendlier, more helpful service- especially considering the numerous special requests I had. They were beyond accommodating and very reasonably priced for their quality. Above and beyond customer service and top notch small business! read more

Friendly family owned business minutes from my house. Their prices are a little more than if you went to a FedEx office or ups store but still. Family owned. I've dropped off my fair share of amazon returns and they are polite and accommodating seeing as I drop off far more than I ship. They even have a pupper that walks around and let's you love on him/her. Don't want to trigger anyone and assume the dogs gender in this day, and very stupid, and age. Not sure that second and is necessary, but for the comma usage it felt right. Forgive my grammatical errors while on a elliptical. Back to the business, if you're close and need a packing or shipping need stop by. read more

I had a legal document to respond to and was somewhat anxious about getting the package off. I didn't even have an envelope. From the moment I walked in the door, the super nice man took care of my requirement with such efficiency and care that I am committed to using this business for all of my mailing needs in the future. I gave home my name and credit card and away the whole thing went. I am beyond happy for the superior service today! read more

service sucks, they are rude don't want to help packages get lost and now they say not our fault!!! older lady is rude ass hell!!! they need new workers or get better customer service!!! will not go back there ever!!! I don't recommend this store at all!!! service is shitty!!!! I would recommend taking all your packages and any other services you need to go the other store on steepleway and jones rd!!! read more

I love this place! they are very knowledgeable regarding documents and I feel confident that it gets done corectory! Fast and efficient!

Hate this place. Been in twice for service and they've been super difficult with me. One lady laughed at me because I had a stamp seal on the back of the letters for my wedding invitations. She let me know she thought it was stupid by snarking and shaking her head. So upset that I get treated like that. I'm your freakIng customer. Oh! And what also happened to just being kind!? read more

Extremely friendly and helpful mail services. I have used their post office boxes for years and couldn't speak more highly of a local business. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I don't like or enjoy leaving not so nice reviews for local businesses, but I was really appalled at how badly another customer and I were treated yesterday morning. I walked into the business to watch the owner getting loud on the phone with FedEx because they messed up his customer's order, who happened to be standing there next to me. I'm okay with being assertive but do that somewhere else, not out in the open for complete strangers to hear and watch your every move. Keep in mind, this was my first time there. When the owner asked the customer what he could do to make things right, she answered him. He then began raising his voice, pointed his finger towards her, and insisted that she "wasn't listening" to him. After a few minutes, I guess they came to a resolution, and she left, shaking her head in disbelief. I was there for a notary and guess who that was? His wife had the stamp ready for him, he walks over, stamps the paper, signs it, and walks off, never once making eye contact with me or acknowledging me with a "hello", "good morning", or "thanks for coming". I paid and got the hell out of there as quick as I could. I hope others have a better experience there than I did, and I hope the owners realize their "bad day" might be a first impression for new customers. Needless to say, I will not be returning there. read more

Best service ever!!! Nicest people there and always take care of me! The man that works there will do the most for you - once I needed an item shipped ASAP and he drove to the truck just so I could get it shipped when needed! Highly recommend read more

Friendly and quick service. It was apparent to be a family owned business just from impressions. A few novelty items to browse while you wait as well. Plus, the four legged greeter at the door was adorable! read more

Went in to ship a package and was meet by a nasty old lady who was rude. When she say the pre paid label on my package she immidiately became rude and unwilling to assist me in my shipping needs. She asked me what was inside and I told her it was parts to a revolver she said they dont ship those items. I understand we all have bad days but she was rather ugly to me. Not sure if it was because I had a pre labeled box, if it was the gun parts, or me being a man, or me being mexican but she was unprofessional. I went to another shipping place and off my package went without a hitch. read more

This place is horrible. I purchased a roll of stamps today and they charged a $15.00 service fee. Didn't realize it until I got home because I was also mailing a few things. I will not ever go back! What a rip off!! read more

This is the WORST place to go to ship out your packages. I have been met with some of the worst customer service from any business! If you have to drop off packages for DHL, they will charge you $5 to make that phone call for a pick up! I went to the UPS store instead and they just laughed at what I told them. My wife and I have tried this place several times and it never fails to give us a bad experience. read more

The customer service is below 0 stars. The people on there are extremely rude and unhelpful. On top of awful customer service, they try to charge you rocket high prices. If you need to ship a package, go to the ace hardware across the street. People in there are much more helpful and polite. read more

Everytime I go in there the customer service is bad. No one speaks and they are rude. I rarely write a bad review but I feel since I've been in this place several time I felt I needed to. I went to get something notarized and he told me no he couldn't do it. He said it was against their bylaws, he never even looked me in my face. It was a form I fill out because my children don't get certain immunization shots.- my right! My husband feels discriminated against everytime he walks in there as well. Bad customer service, I just can't do. They will never get my money. read more

I was searching for a notary and came across Parcel Plus and saw that this was a small company where the owners work here and decided to come. Their service was great and I love how kind they are with everyone, and the notary service was seamless with them. I will be coming back for sending out packages and other potential services. read more

After my machine at home broke I went in to this location today for copies. I was met by a very friendly man at the desk and his dog. The man was very helpful and my copies were only 64 cents! Win! read more

They have always been extremely nice to me even when I have had to mail packages that were prepaid. I had to call in from work today to change a package I paid for on Saturday. I forgot to get insurance. Rose helped me over the phone and was extremely nice and patient with me. They have stayed late before when I called and said I was on my way. I have had nothing but great service and it is nice to be able to run in. I also love their choices on cards, etc. Hope they are here for a long time. It beats standing in line at the post office!! They are convenient and always friendly and helpful. Beats the lines and service at the Post Office by far!

Great people, great service. If we all smile and greet each other as we wanted to be treated the world is a better place. Rose, Robert and team accomplish this every time we walk in the door. Thanks for being great neighbors! read more

After using this business for YEARS, I am done. Even though there have been some instances during that time when I felt like their attitudes were sour, today was too much. My son had already been met with attitude when he went in last week. He came home and said "I don't know why you use them, that guy is so rude". Still, I went in later that week and PAID to mail a package, even purchasing a decorative padded large envelope as well. This week, I had a prepaid package and because of a UPS issue, he didn't want to take it. It was the attitude that followed that I couldn't believe, he made sure to tell me that he wasn't even "compensated" for my package. UNBELIEVABLE considering how much I have used them through the years to send paid packages, buy stamps, boxes, make copies, etc. He actually raised his voice at me, and kept on, even after I asked him not to speak to me that way. Conveniently located or not, I won't be back! My package was received with a great attitude down the street. read more
