They checked out before me, left, the phone rings and they pick up the phone to help the customer on the phone before me as well. One of the girls working here is clueless, she doesnt know pricing, shipping times etc. I didnt make a big deal nor said anything but felt very disrespected that they fully helped two customers that came after me. I made the appointment online which was very easy. Received a text message with very clear instructions afterwards. She was able to take care of everything quickly, answer all of my questions, and get the fingerprinting done all within about 20 minutes. Super impressive! Her office is located in the 810 office building and she is on the first floor (turn right when you enter from HWY 6, make another right, and it's door 105 on the left). The parking lot is shared with the building tenants and there is plenty of open spots.
