I went to drop off some packages. The store was not crowded which surprised me. Only a couple of people at the PO Boxes and one person in front of me. This particular UPS is the ONLY UPS I use for the surrounding area. I've visited I think 4 or 5 other nearby locations and they're all so awful. The employees here are AMAZING. Every single time. I come here frequently and have encountered 4 different employees- all of them so nice, professional, and knowledgeable. Come Christmas time 2022 and the days after I come in and the place is clearly a mess - apparently there are currently only 2 employees (David- the perfect employee and the manager I believe) left at this location and given the hours of the store and the busy season of the holidays I can't imagine how ragged they're being run. I hope both of these people stay - they're amazing. But surely they deserve some help and I hope they get it soon! If either of these two leave this location I highly doubt they'll be able to replace all the employees with people as great as the current ones. UPDATE:**** They've since onboarded at least 2 employees and everyone looks well rested and back to their full awesomeness. :) read more

Dropped off two packages on 10/29 for UPS to pick up. Received a receipt for both tracking numbers. One was a very expensive item, the other was not. The very expensive item STILL HAS NOT shown up in UPS System. Says it was not received by UPS. This leads me to believe that it was stolen by the store. I will be filing a police report if my item does not show up in the UPS system in the next two days. I called the store and they said there is nothing they can do. They took the package but they did not give it to UPS and said they don't know where it is. read more

So I ordered a brand new iPhone 13 pro max .... They never attempted to deliver it! They claimed they did biggest issue is that I have multiple cameras on the house ... long story short my phone was stolen, made a report the same night about the employee falsifying documents.. and now phone is gone can't be found.... This is in relation to store # 2286 on Jones Road in Houston, TX. I called at 11:09am today 12-20-22 to specifically ask if this store had a notary on staff and the gentleman replied that "Yes, we have one available until 4:00". I thanked him and said I was on my way. I get there 15 mins later, waited a min or 2 for the person in front of me to finish, I was then asked how I could be helped. I stated I needed a notary and his response was that I would have to come back after 3. I informed him I had just called and was told there would be a notary available until 4 at which time a very rude lady came from the back to say that she was the notary and also the manager and she had to leave. All in a very rude tone, like take or leave it I don't really care. She then said I could go to the nearby bank if I needed a notary. This so called manager was totally unprofessional. It would have been one thing if she apologized and said she had an emergency come up or something similar but flat out did not care. I know times are tough and good people are hard to find but UPS can do much better than this sorry excuse of a "manager" read more

This UPS store I depend on! The location is perfect as it's in the middle between Cypress and Willowbrook. Let's face it I'm a serial Amazon Prime orderer, and returns come often. The staff here make it easy to get in and out, even when you're at the buzzer. They're helpful no matter what time of day you drop in. The store is functional but could use and update but overall it works and the staff gets the job done. read more

Walked in at 4 on the dot and was told they are closed. Wouldn't help me. So much for customer service

This was my first time ever delivering a package with UPS as I had always used USPS. It was much closer to where I was than the USPS so I decided to give it a try. Zero star for customer service. As I walked in, nobody was at the counter. There was a couple packing a package in front of the counter. It made me confused as to how UPS was ran. Is this place only a drop-off since nobody was at the counter? Then the couple said they were ready so then I realize the rep was doing something in the back. Is there no way to hear/realize that people are coming through its doors? Anyway, I had to go back into the office after paying and walking out to get the destination address corrected. So make sure you check everything out before leaving that it's all correct or else you will have to waste time going back since the rep did not do his/her job well. When I mentioned it was incorrect she insisted that she typed in the address that was on the package (good thing I told her I wrote the address on the box or else she probably would've used the excuse that I told her the wrong address). When she realized she was wrong, no apology whatsoever and since she typed in the wrong address the cost was incorrect but she failed to let me know. Instead, I had to ask her and she tells me I have to go back on Monday to get credit back (more time lost). Again, no apology. If this is how UPS runs, I would rather go out of my way to USPS. Another note, I don't understand why UPS asks for ID and phone number. read more

I really tried to do business with this place, but just couldn't do it. I called 6 times to get mail box information. They would hang up on me or leave me on hold (or sat the receiver down not sure). On the last call someone did answer, but said they couldn't give mail box prices over the phone. I did make a personal visit and I observed in the store 3 employees and 3 customers, but they seemed understaffed, overwhelmed and not responsive to the customer standing at the counter.
