Second time that I went to this location to drop off a FedEx parcel- I could not be happier with the service :-). Subtle incense in the background "warms up" the ambience. I had an item that needed to be dropped off at the post office but I was running short on time. today. While I stopped to grab lunch on the go, I spotted this facility next to a Subway and was more than happy to walk in to drop my box off and get it shipped out once and for all. Never coming here again. Their prices are ridiculous. I printed 20 black and white pages 11x17 and I got charged $18. Something about "the first page is $1.50 and 79c per page after." Fedex charges 24c per page.. so what usually would've been about $5.00 ended up being more than 3x that. I sent the prints via email so I can pick them up and she started printing once I got there. Worst mistake coming here. read more

Horrible place ! Owner is dishonest , and charges me 2.00 to print a label, as soon as I come in he was on the phone, granted it's his establishment so he's allowed to do as he pleases but acknowledges me like I'm doing him a favor ! On top of that he proceeds to call me a BITCH because I gave him attitude after he proceeds to want to charge me 6.00 for printing a label and a box ( which I don't ask for ) . Throws my money at me and is generally an asshole . He does not care about customer service like his employees , I've been here numerous times and they've always given me top notch service and are always courteous . Don't support his asshole ways , seriously , there are better people to put your patronage to better use read more

Owner is dishonest!! Business accepts packages from UPS, Fedex and USPS but does not scan them, this allows them to 'loose' or steal whatever package they want with no accountability without the package ever making it to the carrier. read more

You're heavily encouraged to use the lounge area right next to where the line starts to fill out your forms ahead of time and you will be charged for extra tape. Be sure to note the lunch break and 4 PM closing time as the USPS website will give you a generic 10AM-5PM. For being a one-man team, this spot does a good job. I got there right at 11:30 and shortly thereafter a line of 5 people built up so try to come early or right after his lunch break is over.

CONSUMER BEWARE I…read moreused Postal Zone to occasionally forward packages to an out of state address. I signed up for Postal Zone's mail forwarding services via AnytimeMailbox.com. Apparently certain employees at the Postal Zone do not know how to use the mail forwarding software because they make mistakes and they put a CRAZY profit markup on simple mail forwarding services. On my end, I am asked if there are any special directions that I want Postal Zone to take note of. I notated my account to reflect that ALL packages are to be mailed via USPS Priority Mail. They did this correctly the first time, but then it was downhill from there. My most recent package was forwarded via USPS Ground...which takes a very long time for me to receive. I tried calling Postal Zone, after my 3rd call...someone finally answered. I pointed out their error, but they would not admit mistake and claimed that their software doesn't have my Priority Mail notes on they end. I pointed out that they had been following my notes and forwarding packages via Priority Mail, but the guy I spoke to would not even acknowledge this statement (despited there is a digital log on my previous shipment from them). Even the mail forwarding software company, AnytimeMailbox.com, got involved and called them to show them how to view my notes (they could see them too), but the Postal Zone employee told the software people that they were wrong and there are no notes. And.. Businesses like Postal Zone get discounted shipping rates, they don't pay retail. However, the Postal Zone more than doubles the retail cost of shipping for USPS Priority Mail (keep in mind that the USPS provides the envelopes for free). The literally put my package into a USPS flat rate envelope (less than 2 minutes to do). In summary, they may have good in-person customer service, but I would not use them for mail forwarding.
