Having had such great experiences with PostNet back in NY, I was super ecstatic to find a location in this part of HTown. The 5 star ratings drew me in and I can tell right away they're all about putting customers first. They greet people on sight, are patient with explaining all the different things they do (copying, shipping, printing, etc.) and happy to help in any way they can. The difference with Hector was that he was willing to refer me to other services without any bit of a hard sell. He was forthcoming with my requests on a sudden print job and was good about setting my expectations without deliberately disappointing me. He was professional, resourceful, and put me in the right direction about what to do with my particular print job. For future reference, try to aim a week out for complicated and large print work. When I'm ready to ship / mail again and/or print + copy, I know this will be a location that I can depend on. If you're reading this Hector / Jorge, thank you so much!

I ship items frequently and have visited countless FedEx locations throughout the city. Not one of them inspired me to write a review - until now. Needless to say, JoJo and the entire team at the W. Gray FedEx Office are going to get to know me well because I've officially found my go-to location. **1-Star Review**…read more Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience at this UPS Store. I paid an additional fee specifically to have my package delivered to the store. According to the tracking information, the package was **delivered to the store**, so I went there expecting to pick it up. I ended up waiting **approximately two hours** for the store manager then told me that the package was never delivered to the store, even though the UPS driver stated that he "did deliver the package". When I asked for help resolving the situation, I was essentially told that there was nothing they could do and that I needed to file a claim. This is unacceptable customer service. I paid extra for the package to be delivered to the store, the tracking information showed it as delivered, and the driver confirmed the delivery--yet the store could not locate my package or provide any meaningful assistance. After waiting two hours and paying an additional fee for a service that was not properly handled, I left feeling completely frustrated and dismissed. Customers should not have to spend hours trying to locate a package that the tracking system and driver both indicate was delivered. I would not recommend this UPS Store based on this experience. The lack of accountability and customer service was extremely disappointing.
