If you need to fax stuff and copy stuff and mail stuff then this is a great location right - next to a lot of other great stores - so I'm definitely a fan, but it's corporate in nature and has annoyingly high prices and those are major drawbacks. Still, a good place for what it does and my copies went through with no issue. There's a bunch of different stores located here in this Plaza, some of which have gone and some which remain, and there are definitely some good businesses for a fairly low rent price, so this is one of the reason we like to come up here when we can.

Re: Lacks Honesty, Integrity, and Professionalism…read more I called contacted Pak & Ship located Cypress TX and spoke to Carina to find out when a package was actually dropped off. As I was explaining the details, the girl cuts me off and asks for the tracking number. (Lacks Professionalism) She said that the tracking number wasn't showing in her system. I inquired about other Pak & Ship locations within her vicinity. She said that there was one down the street. She gave me the number. The number was to FedEx and not to another PAK & Ship store. It is a very good thing that I do not live in Texas. A report would have been sent to the State Attorney General. From reviewing other complaints, it appears that this location lacks efficiently.

I've dropped off a few packages here since it's close to work, and I can easily go here during my…read morelunch break. I typically have my package ready and all I need is my return QR code to be scanned for them to print a label. There's also a bin in the open area to drop off packages if you've pre-printed a label. The wait usually is just 2-3 minutes or less waiting in line. Everyone I've interacted with has been friendly, and they always ask if I want a receipt. The worst part is the small parking lot that it shares with a CBD store, Subway, a Thai massage place and some other little stores. There's angled parking at the front which is half dirt or sand and a few on each side. The parking behind it is usually for the other stores. It's very tight to get in and out if others are coming and going from the Antoine side entrance because it's the closest to the traffic light where most people need to be. The other side of the freeway is IKEA. Despite all that, I'd still come here to drop packages for convenience.

Since my company has moved us to working from home, indefinitely. It gives no reason to drive all the way here just to pick up my mails. It's getting harder to say goodbye. Although, PO Box Etc is my preferred address for all online orders. My recent experiences with unannounced closing (not on Islamic and American holidays) have gotten me looking for a mailbox service near my house in Chinatown. However, I had terrible experiences at My Shipping Office, a mailbox service in Chinatown. That gave me a good reason to stay at PO Box Etc for another 6 months, while I search for another mailbox service near my house. Yes. I'm staying and not going anywhere.
