    There are UPS and downs. This is one of the UPS. These stores are just too expensive, but this one is pleasant enough and friendly enough, and for that I am grateful. If you need to fax stuff and copy stuff and mail stuff then this is a great location right - next to a lot of other great stores - so I'm definitely a fan, but it's corporate in nature and has annoyingly high prices and those are major drawbacks. Still, a good place for what it does and my copies went through with no issue. There's a bunch of different stores located here in this Plaza, some of which have gone and some which remain, and there are definitely some good businesses for a fairly low rent price, so this is one of the reason we like to come up here when we can.

    I have been here few times in the past. This UPS Store was the only place would accept Amazon return before other retail stores takes them. I came to ship something but I always get hit with an invitation flyer to next door gift shop. It was a Christian store. I went in there once. That was it. Parking situation was horrible. The spots facing Westheimer are prone to accidents as cars pulled in so fast with a blind spot. The spots facing restaurants are not much better because cars cutting through the lot so fast. Last weekend, I almost got hit while I was the only car in the lot. I wanted to rent a mailbox. Employee gave me a flyer with prices. It seems to be reasonable: $65 for 3 months, $115 for 6 months, $230 for a year and $25 setup fee. They also accept all carrier, including FedEx, Amazon and off course UPS. They also have caller service when mail arrived. It was highly desirable because of the convenience and it has an after-hours entrance. But I don't know if I want to interact with the staff. I was also trying to ship back some equipment back to my employer. Staff can't find the account. He asked me to call the number on the instructions, which is to locate the nearest UPS Store. Uh... Duh... WHAT?

    I showed this to the old man with the scraggly beard and he insisted I needed to put it in a box or pay ten for a box.

    The curly haired associate with glasses knows what's up. I had an amazon return with the option of the UPS store packing it for me. Curly haired dude was not in that day of my return attempt july 18. The old man with the scraggly beard told me I had to box it up. At first he said it would be a dollar to tape up the box Then asked me if something fragile was inside. I said yes, it's glass. I had mason jars I was returning. Then he told me Since it was not in a shipping box, it would be ten dollars to put it in a box. So essentially What was supposed to be an easy return before my shift Not only triggered my anger But made me question the first return I did here with the amazon option of having The UPS store pack it for me. I was pissed I wasted my time. I had returned something prior to july 18 Under the same amazon option Having The UPS store pack it for me. No hassle. Scan the qr code They take the item You receive a receipt And you are on your way. I emailed the store July 18 I emailed the day I was basically told Get a box or pay 10 bucks When CLEARLY on the return instructions It says THE ASSOCIATE will pack it for you Nothing about extra charges for packing. That was July 18 Today is July 23, a day I have off to deal with errands and nonsense. I go here today Curly haired dude was here Smooth sailing I told him I put it in a box He said we may have to take it out of the box He scans the QR code Reads the instructions CONFIRMING I DO NOT HAVE TO PACK IT I told him I previously tried to do this return And was told to put it in a box And he READ IT OUT LOUD In a non jerk way To reassure me When I choose that option The associate packs it for you No need for a box. Pps no one from this store emailed me back. Who knows if anyone read it. Twitter gave me a reply that was not much help. Why the 5 star? Because the curly haired dude with the glasses Is nice Courteous Knows what's up And knows how to read I showed the old man with the scraggly beard the instructions for the return And he was insistant that I needed to put it in a box. Pps I returned an even smaller item Equally not in a shipping box Maybe a week prior No issue. Same parameters for return as this. Did he not read it? Was he refusing to read it? Was he being discriminatory? Idk. But I will wait for the curly haired dude from now on Or go do my returns At kohl's. Um, can the nice curly haired dude with glasses get a raise please? Ps the old man is named bob. Don't even bother. He was saying he has to go by what the computer says Even though OUR LABELS CLEARLY SAY THE ASSOCIATE PACKS IT UP. Upon leaving he told me "You need to learn how to read." I'M SORRY I COULD HAVE SWORN I WAS READING WHEN I READ MY LABEL EVERYBODY just do your return at kohl's

Well, two things actually. I often chose this FedEx Office for my business card printing from Canva. The quality has been questionable. Not sure if that's the negotiated prices with Canva. The alignment has been off. When I order shipped cards, there aren't any issues. One thing I really appreciate is shipping service. My recent discovery with a comparison of UPS from The Mailroom Authorized Shipper and FedEx Office. I mailed a 2*pound package to my friend in Virginia by UPS, which costed me $26-ish. Few days later, I shipped a 9-pound package by FedEx to the same person. It costed me $49.92 with insurance included. Oh, plus, FedEx delivered on time as promised. Where UPS delayed a day before the weekend and caused the delivery total of 3 days late. How do you explain that? I wish I had come here in the first place. According to the photos I posted in 2016, this store was located on the other side of beltway. Not sure when it moved here. I like this location better though. The parking is easier and there are plenty of restaurants within the same strip mall.
