This place has a sign up on the wall behind the counter saying "we are not responsible for usps, ups, or fedex packages". I understand it as a legal disclaimer but I immediately left and went to an actual UPS store because I'm not taking any chances. read more

Been here a few times over the year and I've dealt with multiple people. Overall, the service is not bad. They seem to be friendly and fast in helping you. The last time I was here was on a Saturday trying to mail something out and there was only one person working and he was helping three customers (myself included) and just like the other staff members I had dealt with, he was friendly and fast. read more

The people at this center have always been polite and quick. They can handle many different issues.

I got some documents notarized at this location and the staff members were quick, efficient and professional. I had no problems with their service. Staff wore their masks and had plastic partitions to separate the staff from customers. Social distancing was practiced by staff at all times. read more

worst postal center ever!! shippers / customers beware!! keep your money runaway!! not safe!! do not leave your valuables with these guys!! shipped a typewriter and paid these guys to package it and send off to usps, worst mess i've ever seen. customer received the typewriter mangled and all keys were missing and had fallen out the typewriter was torn to pieces. the indian guy who owns it is a cheapskate said he would double box the package, instead he tapes a smaller box on top of the box that i provided for them and he still charges me for the box and overcharges for packaging $20 for a used box + $12 for packaging. and when i brought in the mauled typewriter the stores owner says to me " hey once it leaves here its not our fault". never using this postal center again!!! not safe at all!! read more

I just found a convenient way of shipping things. I hate waiting in lines at the post office. I feel it is a waste of my precious time. I find it so convenient to stop by this place to ship packages. Not only is there no line to wait but they offer Federal Express, UPS, or US Postal Service so you can compare prices. I was in a hurry one day so I brought a damaged laptop bag and a box thinking I can wrap it up at this place. I brought tape and a scissor for this purpose. To my surprise they offered to wrap up the box. With their tapegun, within a minute this box was ready to ship and I didn't have to use any of my tape. Pulled out my plastic, signed, and I was outta there in 10 minutes. There is really no reason for me to use the US Postal Office anymore except to pick up mails and buy stamps. They also offer key duplication service. Greeting and post cards and packaging materials were also available. read more

These guys are friendly and fast. Seems to be a family owned business. I've been in Houston for a week and I have come to use their services almost every day. Much better than waiting in line at the post office. They do fedex, UPS, DHL, and regular mail - probably more that I don't know about. Good stuff. read more

Am only giving it 1 star because we can't give it negative stars. We sent out 4 packages 3 days ago ALL have tracking numbers. 3 are accounted for after charging us double what the USPS charges. One large package still waiting to be received by USPS. When I called the place they blame the USPS. NEVER GOING TO USE THIS PLACE AGAIN. This is the place I have been going to for years and I never had any problems until the lady with long hair came to get my return package from amazon. When I paid for my returning package she told me I'm good to go and I left the place as always and as everyone knows when you return a package the process starts soon as the package scanned at the post office. A few days later when I was checking my bank account and my Amazon account I didn't see any refound on any of them so I just decided to call to Amazon to see if they refund my money but I can't see it. Long story short , I went to the post office to see if they still have my package there and they need to contact me to return it, but they lost my package with no responsibility. I talk to Joey and he said he's gonna check the cameras to find out what happened to my package and I called him one time and he said he didn't have time to look at the videos and as today is three weeks after that he never called me back and they don't respect to the customers to solve the problem. the reason I didn't go back there was Amazon refund the money to me without getting their package back just because they have a very nice customer service. My advice to you is do not take your expensive return packages there because they lose your package and they are not responsible. they are terrible at customer service. read more

Do not ship packages from this location. I took a 34 lb box to ship. Their fee for fedex was $101. Their post office fee was $87. I checked online and the post office is $57 and fedex was $53. That is crazy! I don't mind an up charge but that difference is flat out WRONG!!! They did refund me after telling me that postal fees at non--refundable. read more

We shipped a package through them that was very expensive - they misinformed us about the insurance - then FedEx proceeded to damage the package - which never made it to its destination. Postal Plus has refused to refund the shipping amount or the measly $100 that my $2300 item was covered for. And when I called to talk to the owner he hung up on me. STAY AWAY! Appalling. read more

I went into this place to get a post office box, instead I got extremely good customer service and a real reasonable box rate. The office is clean, staffed by excellent employees and the owner goes out of his way to make sure you get what you need. also they have all kinds of extras there from pens to cards, office supplies, printers, last minute items... I went way beyond the regular post office box service for my personal needs and they deliver, every time. there used to be a place called inpress on Westheimer that was also excellent, but they moved. I recommend this place, and if you read a bad review on them that person probably got what they deserved through karma, know what I mean? not bad service, packing, etc. read more
