I've been renting usuals from this location a lot due to needing to furnish 2 homes. The owner of this location is amazing and has the newest van and uhuals . The van literally has all the bells and whistles. I have a unit at this location and have been their customer since the beginning of this year, and I am satisfied with the storage unit. I have an indoor unit on the third floor, and I recently checked my storage last week, and everything seems the same. The front staff is a super nice guy and very helpful if you want to rent a unit at this place. Also, one of the reasons I picked this storage facility was that you can rent a Uhaul truck or van from here. When I was moving out of my apartment complex, my flat was just a few minutes from this facility, so it was a matter of convenience. My storage unit is a bit expensive, but it's worth the price per month. read more

I have rented many U-Hauls before and never had an issue but this was my first time at this location. My husband and I reserved a 15" truck for 24 hours. We are 3 hours into our rental and very disappointed with this company. The staff was not welcoming at all, not knowledgeable about the rental, fees or process and at one point asked me do you want it or not?" I questioned the difference between the $14 insurance and the sage move and she replied "nothing" and that she didn't work for UHaul. Needless to say, she was having a bad day. Then we went to get our truck and it had not been cleaned inside. Dirty mask on the seat, several behind the seats, empty water bottles and trash as well. I reluctantly went back in the office and explained that the truck hadn't been serviced. She went out with a cloth wipes down the passenger side, threw one mask in the parking lot and went back in the office. She never told me to check the truck but my experience has been to do a walk around of the vehicle taking pictures to note any damage. We did that and glad because the side had many major scratches and the front had a dent. Now, we're on the road and the driver side is bowing 90 degree heat onto the floorboard. It's unbearable! The people were less than helpful and the equipment is the worst I've experienced. Book somewhere else!!! read more

Their 24/7 Uhaul pick up does not work. This is the second week in a row I've tried to pick up a truck and they didn't do what they were supposed to do so I could actually pick up the truck. Even with a phone call late last week confirming they would- they didn't. No more business from me. read more

Unfortunately, the couple that operate this facility have problems. They frequently complain about health problems, begging for sympathy perhaps. It interferes with their capability to handle the bookkeeping. We are set up for automatic debit of a credit card to handle the monthly rental. When the credit card is renewed or replaced, it takes two or three requests for them to correctly revise the billing information. It should be simpler than that. read more

The storage facility is under new management and it certainly shows. What a difference! Craig has done an amazing job basically relaunching the storage facility-it's like a brand new business. He takes takes pride in his work and is committed to customer service. In a very short time he has cleaned up the facility-no more half-open units, no more loiterers, gutted and totally redone the office, installed a new security/video camera system, launched a monthly tenant sales event (the March event included fund-raising for a local charity) and created a website with the ability to pay your bill online. And all this has been done with a smile and a sincere "We appreciate and thank you for your business." What a concept! I not only feel much more secure I also feel like my patronage is more appreciated than It has been in the past. Thanks! GTR read more

The transition from old management to new management was smooth & hassle-free. "My" opinion is, I think that it would had been nice if the new company would had sent their newly acquired tenants a letter of introduction & of their acquiring the property. The manager is very nice, friendly, helpful & professional. The office & property looks very nice & fresh now. Items are now available for sale. I also really like that once a month the tenants there can pull out their items to sell to the public, like a community yard sale. The "ONE" thing that I do NOT like, is being forced to have insurance. I feel that it should be the tenant's choice. Overall, a good experience. read more
