North Loop Storage didn't disappoint on any aspect. They had several size choices, were priced about the same as their competitors, and the customer service was the deciding factor. I spoke to Annabel, who explained the entry process, how to use the lift, rules and regs and so on. She was patient and incredibly helpful and friendly. A young man was also working and he was equally pleasant. When I couldn't figure out the lift, she took the time to go with me and walk through the steps. Very positive experience!

My rate was supposed to be discounted, but I was told it wasn't and had to get it straightened out with someone higher up. The woman at the front desk is nasty nasty and one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. We asked to use the bathroom after driving 4 hours in and she acted as if we were a nuisance. I have interacted with her now 8 times at least over a 3 year period. She is vile. I was also not aware of the 10 day notice for move out and that I would be charged for a whole month moving out on the 3rd day of the month otherwise I would have moved out on the first. I wouldn't use them again. I prefer kind people who provide a clear understanding of the information needed without the attitude. I feel ripped off. Take your business elsewhere.

She told us she clean up rat poop daily in the halls with a dry mop. To get, no big deal . She won't tell the DM and the DM will not return phone calls or respond to my request to talk.You can't request the Dam's number either. My unit is literally covered with rat and mice urine. It took us two days to clean and disinfect after removing everything. Like everything is covered. Note: We have no food in there. It's so bad , dead mice sit in the hall by our door . There is no remediation. No traps. And that is confirmed with on site Mgr. Again management does not care . That and rats is why we are gone

I happened to drive by and noticed the sign, so I stopped in. I went inside, let them know what I needed, and they promptly filled my propane tank. The whole process was quick and straightforward. I paid and was on my way. I'll definitely be coming back--refilling here is both cheaper and gives you more propane than doing an exchange. Highly recommend!
