I am currently renting a storage unit here, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service! The employees are always attentive, courteous, and checking the storage units to ensure everything is in order. They have cameras inside the office to check on all the storage units. They even accept package deliveries at the office and place it in your storage unit. All employees are responsive to any concerns or issues you may have. Before getting the unit they make the terms of agreement very clear to ensure you don't experience any misunderstanding later. RAT INFESTED - The Bullseye Storage Unit on Airline is infested with rats and the staff/property manager, Charlene Saldana is AWARE and giving tenants zero notice! We had to unfortunately discover all our belongings in our storage unit were covered in rat poop and destroyed! When we told the Property Manager, Charlene, she said we are aware of that, sorry, your neighbors had food in their storage unit. She was FULLY aware of this and GAVE ZERO NOTICE, we had to come in to discover the rat infestation. This storage facility is disgusting and terribly run, the staff is not trained correctly and open 1 hour late everyday to "log in to their computers." AVOID THIS STORAGE UNIT AT ALL COSTS, you will lose all your belongings to rat poop and your money because we paid for the PREMIUM INSURANCE every month for over a year and all they did was say sorry we were aware of the rats in your unit and did not tell you. read more

Clean, secure, affordable. Property manager Charlene is WONDERFUL! She is SUPER friendly & accommodating. She obviously takes pride in her job & reputation. A major reason we chose this facility is because you have access to your unit from 6:00 a.m.- 9:00 p.m. even though the office closes at 5:00 p.m. During our search we found a few other facilities that were cheaper, but you don't have access to your unit after office hours which is usually 5 p.m. or 6 p.m. & closed on Sunday. This makes no sense for those who work a normal 9-5. Bullseye also has pest control contractors who come out 2x month. This is also a plus because we had a storage at another place in the past that had problems with rats & roaches. read more

DON'T USE! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! After giving a proper 30-day notice to move out, they continued to charge me into the next month. After calling about the problem, the manager said she'd check with her supervisor. The manager never got back to me. About a month later, I had a collection notice! Charlene was amazing! She was very helpful and knowledgeable of her property. Even with some issues with the key pad, she was very calm and comforting to make sure I got what I needed. Once I found the unit I wanted, she then took me inside and processed my paperwork. Mind you I did all this on my lunch break, and was still back in time and also able to pick up lunch. AWFUL!!!!! We were like many of the reviewers here and thought this storage facility was great when we first rented and because we live here in the Heights, we felt to lucky to find it. It was when we began to REMOVE our items and move things out, that we realized how horrible this place is. The rodent and roach infestation is so awful that many of our items were destroyed and unusable due to rodents and roaches making their homes in our belongings. When we provided this horrific damage information to our 'previously wonderful customer service person', we were told that she had "warned us to wrap everything up in plastic to protect from rodents and roaches" so she would be providing no discount or consideration on our last month's rent (which is all we asked for in spite of the extensive damage). First, she did NOT tell us this when we moved our items in; I wonder if she said this to the other 5-star reviewers on this site? Second, all our things WERE wrapped up in plastic. Our large expensive down pillows (wrapped fully in plastic) had holes eaten into them and feathers removed for rats' nests. A rattan hamper had holes eaten through it in all over. The rat and roach feces were covering not only the floors of the unit but also very thick on the walls!! I have pictures of all of this but do not see a link to post them on Yelp. Even the furniture and things that were not completely destroyed, how do you think I felt about bringing them into my home in this condition? She then continued to blame us saying that she had warned us from the beginning to come and move the items in the unit around monthly to disturb the vermin living in the units. Of course, we were not told this when renting and I doubt any of these 5-star reviewers were warned about this either. She told us that Orkin comes 2 times a month. If you have a contract with Orkin then you know that if the treatment is not fully effective, they will come as many times as needed to get the job done. Either it's not true that Orkin actually comes or our intrepid customer service person is not properly making sure they come every day until this problem is solved. (As far as I know Orkin does not offer rodent extermination.) She then began to blame the other tenants saying that people put edibles in their units that attract the vermin. I can't be alone in saying that NO ONE puts food in their storage unit. Regardless of the most stupid tenant, a proper extermination, if done, will take care of these critters. She then proceeded to blame the neighboring restaurants! I let her know that I would be posting this information with pictures. Her excellent customer service that got us INTO the unit originally was equally matched with an extreme 'I couldn't care less' attitude when it came to actually caring about our belongings and the environment in which they were stored under her care. I urge you DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. RUN, don't walk away! Don't pay for months/years to store your belongings only to find that you have to throw them out at the end of this. I guess you get what you pay for but it would have been much cheaper to throw all my things in the trash to start with; not pay for storage for months/years and then I would have had plenty of money to replace the items when ready for them.
