Started off ok, then when I called to explain we needed longer storage for toys who go to children in shelters around Houston, there was no care in the world. It went to 300 dollars a month for about a year with no other options given. We used a tiny space of the unit but that didn't matter to them. They didn't negotiate any other options, toys remained in the until maybe worth 300 when we were charged 300 for a year month after month. I would never give them business or recommend business again. What started out as a compassionate business quickly gave us the cold shoulder. Just sad. read more

I have been a customer since 2019 and never had an issue with my account. In June, I noticed that my account was past due. I called EADO to update the card on file and authorized charges to keep my account current. I spoke with Doug, who stated he would update my account. Fast forward to September, I discovered my unit had been sold on July 18th. What I was able to find out was that my card info was applied to another account with the same name. Additionally, a payment was charged to my account on August 1st. I cannot comprehend the gross negligence of customer service. When I spoke with Doug, the manager, in September, he said I wasn't notified because I wasn't opted into text messaging. The issue is that had my card info been applied to the correct account, my unit would have never gone to auction. EADO storage and management have not helped me in this situation. I opened my unit yesterday 95% of my belongings gone! I was alerted via text that there was some motion in the unit. The property manager told me the unit was fine and the alert was a false alarm. I showed up and nearly all of my things were gone. read more

I can't believe I'm writing a nice review about a storage space after the years of abuse that is just now an expected added hell when having to move. The property was always clean (inside and out), there was always a moving cart when I went and I knew exactly where to find them because they are kept in the same every time, I always felt safe while there (we were there a lot during the two month rental), and when we were moving our stuff in from our U-Haul the owner came down to say hello and to make sure we were able to fully finish unloading the truck that night. He is so nice and I just love his choice of balcony decor. I also really appreciated the new carts that were recently brought in. When we were moving out we noticed that you now have to punch in your code to use the elevator, which we didn't mind, I know the extra security is wanted from a lot of people so I hope that was the reason why it was added instead of the alternative. We never felt cheated by the cost of the unit, there were no hidden fees or "got cha" clauses, and we weren't punished for not doing EXACTLY what was stated in the rental contract when moving out. Just remember to respect places like you would at your grandmas house and make sure to sweep the unit before you say your goodbyes. Doug is providing a much needed service in Houston and we are thankful we chose to store our lives there for the last 2 months. read more

I waited months for this new storage facility to open in my hood. My new unit is larger and cheaper than the one I previously had at Public Storage in River Oaks. It's temp controlled, clean, and they have restrooms that you can actually access during non-office hours. Unit is gated. Code is needed to access parking and entry doors. Month to month options/plans. read more

I would highly recommend this particular facility. Doug was amazing! He was able to answer all of my questions, and make suggestions regarding the best way to store some of my more delicate items I will be needing to store for a while. Honestly, as a consumer I am used to feeling like I'm just a price tag. I can't remember the last time I felt as professionally cared for as I did with this business.
