However, we do have a postal box here and we ship all online purchases to this location. We no longer have to worry about porch pirates! Today, I mailed out five large envelopes and the staff was most helpful. They were patient with me as I looked up the addresses from my phone contacts. Never again will I go to the Post Office where one is greeted by an unhappy employee who hated their job and it permeates from one cubicle to the next. That is the way one is greeted after standing in the line!!! Here at this location, you walk in, no waiting in line, employee greets you and you actually have positive adult conversation as they assist you. I might have paid a little more, it was worth every dime I spent, thanks to the service I received. I will be back!!! Keep up the good work!!!

They were only taking cash only, so he gave them $20 to mail my package. Yesterday my package was returned because it didn't actually have the address number on it. (This could have been my son's fault, but no one thought to add that??). I returned today to explain what happened. A younger woman I have never seen before said she could mail it again for another $20, cash only. I tried to explain to her that we had used them to mail it two weeks ago, and someone made a mistake. She shrugged and said she couldn't help, and reminded me it was cash only. I went to Ship N More. It was cheaper, and they take a card. Guess I will be using them from now on.

We came by one night and accidentally shut the door but did not actually lock the unit. We got a call the next day saying the unit was unsecured so we could come by and fix it. I appreciate that level of security and service. Sometimes there is a wait in the office since there's normally only one person, but again, were so friendly! My key and lock weren't working on the cylinder lock Extra Space sold me upon move in. I went to the office and was told "Someone must have changed your lock" and that they'd need to drill the lock and replace it. They said it would take a few hours so we left and returned a few hours later. We picked up the new key at the office and proceeded to my unit. Upon opening the door we discovered my belongings had totally been ransacked and half my belongings were missing. Total estimated loss initially is just under $10k. The office attendant who had helped me throughout the day didn't seem to give a shit because I had not purchased their insurance program at move-in. I had a Harris County Sheriff Department Officer come out to do the report and he 100% agreed this is an inside job. Thieves don't replace broken locks on their way out! Fuck this place.
